We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night during our pilgrimage to Mata Rani in the month of August 24. The establishment is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The service provided was both prompt and efficient, enhancing our overall experience. Its proximity to Banganga is an added advantage, making it convenient for visitors. The complimentary pickup and drop-off service was a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. Additionally, the quality of the food was commendable, offering a delightful culinary experience. The staff were not only courteous but also exceptionally cooperative, ensuring that all our needs were met. Overall, our stay was quite satisfactory, and I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I am an American traveler. I had just walked to the temple the day before. I was exhausted and sore. This hotel met a lot of American standards, and had a good price. I got the sauna, typical 90min massage and jacuzzi for $45. It was worth way more money than I paid. The next day I felt a lot better. I ordered a taxi to the airport and they took care of everything for me.

After I got the massage, the masseuse was trying to tell me he wanted a tip, and that I needed to pay taxes. But he spoke Hindi. Which is not a problem, I had a translator. But it was very confusing. Since there are many scams happening, that seemed like one of them! In the end, the masseuse shouldn't be telling me about taxes...... but the tip, I completely understand! I tipped him in cash. But I had to go find out from the front desk what was happening. This is mostly my fault since I don't speak Hindi.......

Great stay in Katra to visit Vaishno Devi temple. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff quite informative. The restaurant has a good breakfast and there are loads of good eating places close by. They drop you off at the starting point(s) for Vaishno Devi temple and pick you up as well (although I chose not to wait and rented my own auto).

The station is not as close as some of the other facilities so one needs to plan your departure and get a vehicle in advance - not a major issue really.

Rooms were not properly clean, heating system was not working properly, room service was terrible. But the service provided at front desk by receptionist and supporting staff that was amazing. Good variety of food and good service in kitchen too.

Heating and wi fi was not working upon contacting many times over the phone for room service to fix it nobody showed up to do it finally I had to go down at front seat to complain.

It was a very nice property with good sized rooms and decent breakfast. The property was neat and clean and centrally located. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The food in the room service was tasty and rightly priced. Overall we had a fantastic stay. I would definitely like to stay there in future.

One of the main issue is that the wifi was terrible. Some other issues such as, hair dryer was not working properly, no bathrobes as stated, no minibar. A pick and drop facility from railway station could have been marvellous.

Every thing about this Hotel was superb that means its Location , Its food , its Hospitality . Rooms are spacious , well arranged with all necessary amenities . View from room is also awesome. Every necessary spots are at walking distance.

Exit slope outside hotel is very steep this causes accident better to modify it .

The hospitality shown by each and every staff member was exceptional. They did everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were a group of 17 people visiting from Australia and we will highly recommend this hotel. We ate almost all our meals here and each every dish was cooked to perfection. They helped with transfers and arranged transport when needed.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with some renovation.

It starts with the front reception desk who are very friendly on all queries, advice to tourists/ devotees. They gave us 3 rooms out of 4 as early check in at 0800 hours and followed up by a very good homely breakfast covering local delicacies. Very good food and very good service. Room sizes are good with space for 2 or 3 friends etc. They also arranged complimentary drop to banganga and a drop to airport on chargeable basis. Clean place with smiling service team. This is the 2nd time in 3 years that i visited karta and this is a preferred place for me, ALWAYS.

I am not able to answer, everything is so good. so accommodative and service oriented.

Food was tasty with limited options though. Aloo Puri was real good ! Staff was courteous!

BestWestern seems to have adopted a local property and gives a local flavor which is good in one way but it shouldn’t be at an expense of the brand image. I could only remember that I stayed in a good local hotel with courteous staff but couldn’t carry anything which connects me with brand Best Western for future stays. The property facilities and staff seemed short of the brand expectation and professionalism respectively.

Overall facilities, Staff & Breakfast spread were good..In room dining food was reasonably well priced and delicious to eat..

Inspite of following up, cab couldn’t pick us from Banganga, driver continued to make us wait. While breakfast spread was excellent, Service could be better in serving & filling up the empty counters
