I loved the lobby and the breakfast. It was made to order and didn't sit under heaters all day like most places. The diner also had a great variety of made to order food and was reasonably priced. I also love how convenient the location was. I could easily get on and off the highway to get there and leave. Also. Virtual check-in and check-out was super convenient! I love having a digital key as well!

I didn't like that my stay wasn't longer! I didn't want to leave!

When booked it said breakfast was included but when i called down stairs the next morning the lady at the front desk said it wasn’t complimentary breakfast that we would be charged. So i didn’t get to eat breakfast because i thought it was already included in my stay.

We went to visit family, and this place was only 4 mins away. There were lots of places to eat and shop nearby also. We loved that it was clean, and the staff was friendly. The room was very spacious!

The shower would not drain properly, and it took a minute for the water to get hot. I would of loved a bigger fridge but the kitchenette area was very spacious. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. The cook truly cares about his customers, asking everyone each day if they enjoyed their meals and if there was anything else he could do for them—a very rare occurrence in a hotel.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff! It's undergoing some renovations, but will be pretty spectacular when done. Having a restaurant and bar was really great too.

Restaurant was out of all chicken (but probably just didn't get their delivery). The room was nice with the kitchen/bathroom separated from the beds area. But we did find the beds area a little cramped.

I di not eat breakfast. The location was perfect for the conference at the Convention Center. The atmosphere was great. I was able to walk around the premises. Even though the pool was out of season, I am interested in staying again to enjoy the pools. The management staff changed my room the next day and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The warm cookies were delicious. Parking was easy to find and plentiful. Access to the hotel was well lit and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay.

The toilet in my room did not work. I had to use the restroom downstairs. No rooms were available for a change in rooms. A child pulled the fire alarm at 12:00 in the middle of the night. This caused us to evacuate our rooms and report to the lobby. (Really a meet and greet time.) The man next door was snoring so loud, I had to block him out.

The location was perfect. Right off the interstate and in an area with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other services. I had an initial issue with a room with was immediately resolved to another room. The staff was exceptional in their friendliness and customer service. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a WONDERFUL experience.

The food and staff working in the restaurant was on point. The young lady that waited on us did really good by advising us we could order our eggs any way we wanted them, and all of the food on the buffet was really good

Very clean and inviting. Recently remodeled. Staff were efficient, professional and caring.

Liked everything. A little noisy due to highway traffic.
