Very nice location, and generally the room was very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well most of the time. The lady who checked him was very helpful and friendly, even though she could only speak limited English.

When we checked out early (around 7am), there was some confusion about whether breakfast could be provided, and the lady working at the breakfast area (I think she was a member of the kitchen staff, not a receptionist) was quite rude and brusque to us, leaving us with a little bit of a bad final impression, despite all the good qualities of the hotel I listed above

The hotel is very well located, we had a room on the top floor with an amazing view from the terrace. What particularly stood out is the very friendly staff. Sandra was amazing, always smiling, very attentive and with good suggestions.

The main issue we had was the size of the bed. It was at most 140cm wide which I wouldn’t really qualify as double bed. As a result we didn’t have a comfortable sleep. Also, we had a spa bath in our room but it was pretty small, the size of a very short bath tub, we could only just sit in it with 1 person so we ended up not using it. Also beware that the common areas are quite small so you need to arrange a time slot the day before for the buffet breakfast

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is good; we could go to restaurants by foot in the evening and visit Pelourinho during the day. We had a nice balcony with a view of Pelourinho - unfortunately we couldn't enjoy that a lot, since it was way too hot and humid and we had to be inside with the airco on. The breakfast is small and simple, but cozy and with a nice touch; we could order tapiocas and other things.

The bed was too small and very uncomfortable; you see a hump on one side and on the other side there was metal sticks coming out, which was very dangerous and I scratched myself twice. We got the room with a bathtub, but it was way too small. My partner could barely fit by himself (1.85m), and the bathroom was very small, so you would get extremely hot and claustrophobic in the bathtub. There was no added value in paying for a room with the bathtub.

Location was amazing right in the middle of city center and very close to the main cultural area. Even though it was in the center, it was still not very loud. The rooms were comfortable, bright and very clean. The staff was amazing, Sandra, Abigail and Marcelo were always super helpful, friendly and gave us lots of tips around town. Breakfast was the best in my whole Brazil trip! :D

Very warm welcoming by Sandra. Nice cozy clean room. Incredibly delicious breakfast which is seriously one of the best breakfasts I ever had even in restaurants and star hotels. Overall very nice staff especially Sandra, Vania and Abigail are lovely people. I'll try to stay there again when coming to Salvador.

Loud music in the city the whole night, which is good if you're partying but bad if you wanna sleep. The bed was 140 large, it could've been larger.

The location was great. In the centre of the old town. The hotel is simple but very comfortable. The staff are amazing. They are friendly and always willing to help. I spoke very Portuguese but they tried to communicate with me and gave me information. I suggest staying here.

The area gets noisy at night, lots of parties. If you do not mind this, I was ok with it. There is nothing not to like. The place is great.

During our stay in Salvador, we found a safe and comfortable haven at this charming pousada. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth by the lovely ladies, Abigail and Sandra, who made our experience truly unforgettable. Abigail (whom we had the most contact with) stood out as an exceptional host. Her kindness and helpfulness knew no bounds, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were so impressed by her hospitality that we even stayed in touch with her after our visit, making us feel as if we were part of a close-knit family rather than mere guests. The rooms were not only clean and tidy but also exuded a sense of coziness that made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the delightful breakfast served. The variety of cakes offered was simply amazing, and the option to have food made to order was an unexpected and delightful touch. Each morning, we looked forward to starting our day with this great breakfast. The Pousada's strategic location between two of the safest neighborhoods in Salvador was a significant plus. It afforded us ample opportunities to explore and experience the city's cultural treasures without any big concerns about safety. Our heartfelt thanks go to Abigail and Sandra for their exceptional hospitality. They truly made our time in Salvador special, and we are incredibly grateful for their warmth and care. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this pousada to anyone visiting Salvador.

Nothing.

The breakfast is really good. I'd recommend a stay just to try it out. You need to book a time though and be there on time as it is a small space.

Random street guys demand money to park the car in front of the hotel, although they are free spots. The staff doesn't speak any English and couldn't help us with the random dudes on the street.
