Long International transit at Incheon airport will seem like breeze with this hotel. I had an overnight 13hrs layover with 3 small kids (4,5,8) and this was a more than perfect option for us. NO TSA, hotel is at the transit zone - the hotel is across the gate 11, our morning departure from the same terminal 1 was at gate 15!!!!! How much better can this get? We literally checked out at 7 am, went down the escalator to CU to get some snacks and headed to gate 15 - no security checks, no scans, no TSA. The staff is very welcome, check in took 2 mins, check out 2 seconds; the white crispy white cloud blankets are so relaxing and calming. Best option for transfers. Hotel also offers short term 6+ hrs stay - totally worth it

Everything was perfect at this hotel. The frond desk staff is very nice and efficient.

The location is not far from my boarding gate, only 10 minutes walk. And my room is clear and quite comfortable for a transition only. You can even check your connected flight status information at your room TV channel. All the staff working there are experienced and knowledgeable in replying of my questions and setting a morning call to allow me catching my early morning flight! Much appreciated!

The only issue is I can hear the conversation from the next doors in the morning , I was traveling alone it won’t disturb me at all.

Modern rooms with comfortable beds. While the rooms are only available if you transit at Seoul Incheon Int. Airport, it is still possible to leave the airport and visit Seoul. You must make sure that your airline stamps your boarding pass for the connection flight, your luggage is checked trough to your final destination and that you return to the transit area at the day of your departure. I.e. our connecting flight was in morning at 10am and we returned from our Seoul city tour just after midnight without any issue (although the hotel staff was concerned that you couldn’t re-enter the transit area).

Only rooms for two guest are available. No family room option.

I was told that I should book a room in terminal 2 if I transit in terminal 2. But there is only one option for me to choose when I book in the booking.com which was only terminal 1. I appreciated that staff was very helpful and willing to solve the problem for me, but it still took me 4 times walking between terminal 1 and 2. I was so exhausted and upset about inconvenience. Very bad experience of the location.

It's a very good solution for those that they have a night to pass at the airport.

It's hard to find. The workers at the airport , most of the time, will not be able to help u. Just u need to stay in the transferred areas. Even if you're not at the terminal 1 , do not worry 😉 u need to take a train, and u ll reach out to gate 11, in front of KFC. No windows at the room. The air conditioning is a little problematic.

Very convenient. No need to leave terminal. In order to find the hotel it is important not to go through immigration on level two but to follow green signs for Transfer. Do not waste time asking staff because nobody speaks English or knows anything about the hotel. You will have to clear luggage security checks and go upstairs to reenter the busy departure section of terminal on level three. Look for the hotel signs across gate eleven. Hotel is on level four and you can get there by elevator or escalator. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Do not expect luxury. Room is very tight and basic. As other have mentioned, there are small annoying green lights in the ceiling blinking in the dark all night, so you will have to look the other way or bring eye covers.

An extremely comfortable location for a long transit. I could take a good rest before the next flight and didn't have to go out from the transit area. That was really great. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Maybe I would have liked the tea/coffee kettle in the room, but otherwise I liked everything.

The room is clean and can be found easily in the transfer area of Terminal 1 - Incheon Airport - near gate 11 or 15. Beds are good and spacious (we have a twin bed room), the shower is good (I love those Asian shower area where we can grab the shower head - in comparison with fixed shower head in US or Australian hotels). There are several restaurants near the hotel but keep in mind that they close quite early (last order around 9.30pm). The staffs are helpful and friendly. There is 1 international power plug in the room, the rest are Korean power plug types. TV is good and have Chromecast. Wifi is good too. In front of the hotel, there is a spacious area and I saw some people did jogging there during their transit.

The period between Check in- Check out is quite short. I would love to have an option where we can extend our stay 1 or 2 hours in the room.

The check-in was smooth, with patient staff who had excellent English. The water pressure was very good, and the water was lovely and warm. The bed was very comfortable indeed - I emerged feeling much more human the next morning.

I would have really appreciated a kettle, but two bottles of water were provided, which I was very glad to have.

Location was excellent, able to stay inside airport and not need to go through customs and immigration.

I was unable to edit or adjust the reservation through Booking.com. I needed a 12 hour reservation, but not within the default start/stop times available on the online reservation. I ended up booking 24 hours when I only needed 12 hours. Booking.com did not reply to my email requesting a change, and the hotel was also unable to change my reservation directly.
