Hotel Tour is a non-face-to-face check-in/check-out hotel situated in the same building as the Golden Tulip hotel. Check-in and check out are done with codes. Communication via-mail. No breakfast available. Customer support fast and accurate (at least this is my experience!). This is the typical hotel of the 21st century for travellers in transit at Incheon Intl. airport should it be for business or leisure purposes. For one or two nights in between flights, the location is great, and there are plenty of good options for breakfast, lunch and diner from a walking distance. The Arex (direct subway line between Incheon Intl Airport & the rest of Seoul) is a 5mn walk from the hotel, 2 stops away from terminal 1 and 2 (faster and cheaper option than a taxi, even with luggages - ramps and elevators everywhere - you can purchase a TMoney card that you load with relevant amount at the nearest convenience store next to the hotel). Hotel Tour is a good illustration of the Korean "Pali-Pali" attitude; Speed, Efficiency, Technology & Customer Service. No time wasted! Practical and recommended without hesitation for travellers in transit at Incheon Intl. airport.

Love this area, location and hotel stay was good. Just 2 stations away from Incheon Term. 1. Unseo Stn is just 1 min away the hotel! Not crowded even on weekend compared to city area. Many eateries around the hotel too! Good for relaxing as hotel room was clean!Check in and out was so easy & contactless, becos before u arrive, they will send the room number and PW to your email or inbox here. Check out was easy too! If u have physical card, just leave the card inside the room. If access with pin no., that will be easier! Will come back again if in Korea!

The toilet flooded when bathed as no glass door to close it when bathing, and it’s cold. Lolz. And water doesn’t flow down fully to the drain hole and will leave a small pool of water on the floor.

it is difficult to find the entrance of this hotel my experience 1) take a airport train to Unseo station 2) go to exit one the golden tulip hotel is in your left hand side 3）pass through the reception of golden tulip hotel 4) take elevator to 3 floor you will find the check in of hotel tour in room 356

I liked how it was right next to the subway station. It is on the left, right outside the subway exit, in the Hotel Tulip complex. It was very conveniently located close to food and restaurants. I could take the subway to downtown Seoul and directly to the airport terminal. Room was large, clean and quiet. Very nice for my long layover. I would come back again.

The hotel office was hard to find. I don't speak or read Korean. They should have made it more clear in the email where the office is located. I was confused because this hotel is hidden inside the Hotel Tulip complex, which is comprised of several large buildings. I went to the wrong building, and wandered around looking for the office. The directions should say specifically to enter into the lobby of Hotel Tulip, walk past the Hotel Tulip check-in counter to the elevators, and take them to the 3rd floor to find the office. It isn't like a typical hotel, which has a clear lobby area on the ground floor.

Prime location, Easy check in&out, The best water pressure shower head(it gets very hot, too)! If you have sore spots on your shoulders and neck, use the small shower head. It works wonders! You don't have to wet the floor of the bathroom by using a rain shower. Just face it to the wall. Decently priced Spacious rooms... I've stayed here at least 5~6 times before, and it was always clean. I can tell they try hard to keep it up. Keep up the good work!

The walk-in shower with no door, just a clear sectional glass that covers only part of it. If you use a rain shower head, the bathroom floor would definitely get wet. The wall behind the vanity mirror looked a little questionable. Looked like mold but didn't want to assume, so I didn't touch it. Maybe the bathroom fan doesn't work well? One of the towels had a pretty big rip. Time to toss! The microwave in the common area has had better days before. Heated some instant rice& cup-noodles, and it was only lukewarm at best.

After reading other reviews, the issue seems to be the confusion about finding the hotel. The building is huge. It covers an entire city block. Inside is a big courtyard. So it doesn't matter which entrance you use. Inside the courtyard are restaurants, shops and the hotel. You will see the Golden Tulip logo in blue and the Hotel Tour logo in red, both signed together. So dont worry, YOU WILL FIND IT. After investigating, I realised that you are actually staying at a Golden Tulip hotel. It would seem Hotel Tour has been outsourced to sell their excess rooms. The carpeting, furniture, are all the same. The only difference would be that if you booked Golden Tulip, you would have access to meeting rooms, business centre, etc etc. I prefer the Hotel Tour version because you don't need to deal with a reception desk or wait. With Hotel Tour, you simply walk into the Golden Tulip lobby, take their elevator to your room, and use the door code given to you, and that's it! I spent 4 nights here. Everything was very nice.

Nothing, really. I noticed other complaints about the shower wetting the floor.. It's a rain style shower. I realised that you shouldn't turn the shower on full blast. If you avoid doing that, it should be fine.

Several hotels share this building. We stayed at Golden Tulip Hotel before, this time we booked Hotel Tour. I was looking forward to staying there again. The location is great, next to the train station. The rooms looked the same to me. They are spacious and immaculately cleaned, equipped with bathrobes and slippers. Toothbrushes were provided, as was bottled water, tea and instant coffee mix. The beds are very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. There are shopping and dining options around the hotel. We checked in at the front desk on the ground floor. After check out it was possible to leave the luggage at a storage area in the lobby and pick up later.

The room is very comfortable. I slept quite well. Location is great. It is near Lotte Mart and AREX station. There are many restaurants and convenient stores so having meal isn't a problem. Hotel staff replied my messages quickly, and provided contactless check-in information with detail. It's good.

Hotel Tour shares the same building with Golden Turlip Hotel. When I got there, I was a little confused. Because the hotel is near the station, it's hard to avoid the slight traffic noise.

Good cheap hotel for a quick stay near the airport, asleep walking distance to Lotte Mart and few other shops. Easy to get to from the train station with self check in but there is an office if you need assistance which we didn't. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower leaked through into the toilet area. You access the room using a code which is only provided a day or few hours prior so you will need to have internet connection to retrieve the code.

The location and cost of the room was amazing. It is located about a 10 minute drive to Incheon Airport, which was a must. Most of the airports near the hotel are extremely expensive, but this one was very well priced. It also has a ton of restaurant and food choices on the first floor, and is in an area with a lot of things to do, especially at night. Also, self-checkin and checkout were amazing! We didn't even speak to a staff member the entire time.

The hotel was packed with conferences and a wedding, so there were people everywhere all the time. Many of them quite drunk. A good learning experience if traveling with young children. However, the room was still quite and we got a good nights sleep before our early flight the next morning.
