Review for Ayu at Ramada by Wyndham Bali We had an amazing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bali, and a large part of that was thanks to Ayu, the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When there was an issue with our room, she proactively changed it without us even having to ask—an incredible display of professionalism and care. The food, atmosphere, and overall service at Ramada were excellent, making our two-day stay truly enjoyable. Ayu’s hospitality stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended!

The property is a little old so it doesn’t look fresh and new. Looks like it needs a renovation.

The staff were just incredible! Aya especially - wow that girl is special. I felt like the staff made you feel like part of their family and they would do anything for you.

The noise! Housekeeping seems to start very early and there was a lot of noise in the corridors. Which was a little disruptive when trying to get over jetlag!

Impeccable service from start to end of stay. It was worth every penny! Great location with shops, mall and lots of food options close by. It's also close to the airport.

Room - Clean, Comfy. Our Suite/Family room area so spacious. Internet very good event many people are using in same time. Room service & the staff very polite.

no water in the room breakfast was only Indonesian food, should keep more variety some mosquitoes were in room, should spray while cleaning the room

They give late check out till 2pm, which i appreciated since i check in on 7pm, the staff were so cheerful and happy, positive vibes, they upgraded my room to next level for free, nice pool on rooftop

Breakfast was plain, a lots of ants inside the room, the wall not thick enough, we could hear people next door talking, the location were far from beach, we should hire a motorbike to go anywhere

Decent 4 star property for a couple of nights.

The pool did not look good at all. In fact it was completely deserted.

Location is accessible to many tourist places, staff services & facilities are good.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The area is not so busy, peefect for relaxation
