The facilities are amazing, the staff are incredibly lovely and helpful and the grounds in which the complex is located are beautiful. The Rock Bar was an amazing experience as was the Italian Restaurant in their Segara complex.

Very expensive! The drinks are overpriced compared to other resorts in Bali. Location - you are stuck in the same place with only taxi’s to get you into Jimbaran as it’s about an hour’s walk.

The sheer quantity of bars, restaurants and things to do means you will never be bored. Kubu Beach is excellent, one of the best beaches ive been to. The food is excellent in all of the restaurants. It's very easy to get around the resort in general. I stayed for 8 days and there was still aspects of the resort that I hadn't seen. I would stay again.

Things are slightly expensive, but that is to be expected. You pay for the convenience not to think about the little things or travel anywhere.

The king size bed was really big and really soft, also amazing for the ocean pool.

The restaurant was quite expensive, there was not many restaurant options in Jimbaran if you want to hang out but you would pay more if stay in Hotel restaurant. Extra fee for 10% Tax and 10% service.

Huge property of loads to roam arnd and see

They are trying to make money from everything e.g take a cabana by pool side pay for it ; if you have purchased a water bottle from one restaurant within the property you cannot carry it into another Though small things but irritants as you feel you are hotel guest but outsiders in the hotel

The hotel has a huge and very green territory. You can even meet monkeys on your way to the beach. The stuff is very nice and helpful. One can move around the territory by open buses which comes frequtently. Breakfast offers lots of dishes of international cuisine.

1. The worst problem of Rimba and Ayana is poor taste of food served in most restaurants. They can even make a simple burito untasty in Mexican restaurant on the roof-top. The only exception is breakfast where anybody can find food to his taste. 2. Beach is nice but with little facilities. 3. There were some signs of poor mentanance in the room.

Every single member of staff we came across shon with happiness which made our time that little bit more special. The detail and care the bar staff, waiters/es, housekeeping made was second to none that I’ve witness before. Our room was great and perfectly cleaned daily. Food was also very good and our personal favorite was To’Ge for food and Unique Bar for the evenings.

I do have to say that I did find drinks in particular expensive. When a small beer costs the same as an appetizer or even some of the main courses it doesn’t sit great with me. Especially as it is a local Balinese beer. But, I won’t let that cloud over what was a great few days at Rimba.

Excellent resort, will definitely be back again, the use of all 3 hotels meant we didn’t have to leave the resort and we still didn’t have chance to do everything on offer. top quality service everywhere we went.

Food and drink are very expensive! if you are eating and drinking in the hotel it’s very easy to build up a large bill. $9.50 for a Bintang and $7 for a coke is a little too much.

It was very lovely, the price for food and drink at the rock bar was like Australian prices. However the food and drink wasn’t great. I guess you pay for the views

The pools were amazing and able to tram from each section of the resort and use all the facilities was amazing. The Rock Bar is worth going to but it is HOT so be prepared until the sun goes down. Scusa Restaurant is beautiful with amazing food and beautiful staff. All staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable and grounds are beautiful. No need to step outside the resort as everything you need is there.

More seating around pools would be great and more access to refillable filtered water would be great as bottled water is hard to get without paying a fortune for and only at restaurants. Also a little convenience store with snacks would be good as well.

Absolutely everything was exceptional. From the lei and drink upon arrival to the quick and easy checkout and everything in between. The property is much more expensive than most places available in Bali, but the quality, service, and experience are worth it. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The on-site trolly makes it easy to get around. There are multiple choices available for food and drink. The breakfast buffet is the largest and most diverse I have ever experienced. Pools and amazing views seem to be around every corner. Every staff member I encountered was helpful or at least had a greeting even if I was just passing them in the hall. There were multiple activities to do which all looked amazing, unfortunately, the length of our stay didn’t allow time to do much but I plan to go back and spend more time there to take advantage of more that the resort has to offer. Overall if was one of the best stays I have ever had.
