Hotel is somewhat outdated reception dark gloomy and no ambience..the entrance from the lift from street gives an air of mystery as you navigate the long curved walk. Then you reach reception area. Gloom. I arrived an hour early and was invited to sit in a meeting room to enjoy free refreshments. Another gloomy area with no appeal. My room was well appointed very clean. I believe non smoking wing. Remnants of stinking stale cigarette smoke smelt through out. My view was the view of a magnificent boat in the middle of building. Mostly I ordered room service. Hit and miss with the telephonist taking my order to placing it with kitchen what you actually got was a different spin However, still tasty and delish. Pool area.. warm and view spectacular. Great poolside service. Breakfast - 10 out 10. You wanted for nothing. Eat small start at the West and finish sampling the North of the Buffet select They had it all. Fresh delicious sustainable food. Staff pleasantly friendly.

Great location - in the heart of Kuta. This is subjective, as it is a very tourist-filled area, with loads of sounds and sights, which was our preference. If you prefer serenity and quiet location - I would suggest Ubud or Sanur. Hotel has a good pool on the 4th floor, with good restaurants, bar, spa. There is a 24 hour small shop as well. Rooms are large, AC works well, beds are huge, everything was clean, with regular house-keeping. Some staff were very friendly, others were courteous. The beach is right opposite the hotel. Lots of restaurants, shops near-by, including halal options. Big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Toilet and bathroom have no locks and doors are opaque. Lots of locals outside the hotel enticing you to accept their services - refusing their bike-ride etc just once is not enough as they keep pestering you.

The hotel location is amazing, right across the road from Kuta Beach and everything you could want to see is within walking distance. The pool and gym were great. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows are like clouds. Absolutely loved the large bathtub - perfect for a romantic getaway. Staff are all friendly all the time.

Our room didn't have an outdoor-facing window. It was a window pointing to the lift area, which was a high-traffic area, meaning we had to keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy. I'd suggest paying a little extra and booking a room with an outdoor balcony. And the hot water in the shower ran out on one morning (I'm assuming the system is shared with other rooms), but you don't expect that for a room at this price point.

Everything, convenient location, easy access. Our room was available 2 hours before check-in. Super clean spaces, lovely room and view. The pool is great. Breakfast was fantastic, so much variety. Views are excellent, and it's a great place to watch sunsets. Utilized the spa, best massages Ali provided an excellent hair treatment, and Ayu an enjoyable facial. Easy parking. The room was great, spacious for our big suitcases, lovely robes and slippers, big shower. I will definitely recommend it. There is a building going on next door, but some noise canceling windows, and they we are operating 8.30-5, so it didn't bother us much.

The bed was huge, great location to walk around Kuta. You also had 2 rooftop restaurants to choose from both with a great sunset and pools available.

No swim up bar but not really a bad things..

The bed in the hotel was the best bed I have ever slept on, very nice clean and comfortable. Breakfast was impressive, there were so many options! I am the type of person that have the same breakfast every morning, the hotel had that and more. Even they had a honey comb on display so you could have real honey on your tea, there were a variety of sushi to choose from, I never had sushi for breakfast before. Before I booked this hotel I hesitated a bit because the location, because Kuta is famous for being noisy and busy. I really like it, there was a pub next door with live music every night at 9pm and there is an 7eleven open all night. Staff were super nice, they treated me very friendly and respectfully. I spent two night in another place where I had a very bad experience with the staff (for being a single woman and traveling solo) so I came back to Kuta earlier and I came back to Kuta heritage for my last nights in Bali and the upgraded me to a huge room with a view. I felt safe and at home. I even made friends that were traveling solo too. The roof top has a nice area around the pool and a bar. A restaurant as well with nice view to the beach during the day and at night the sunset were amazing. I really appreciate all the effort to make your guests feel comfortable and happy, I 100% recommended this hotel, and I am totally coming back, Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel - Managed by Accor, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Reza at the check-in desk. His understanding and accommodating nature immediately made me feel at home. He ensured that all my requests were taken care of with a genuine smile and provided a seamless start to my stay. The hotel itself is a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury. My room was impeccably clean and the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to a truly relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa service. Desy, the therapist, provided an outstanding experience. Her professionalism and skill were evident as she tailored the treatment to my needs, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. As my stay came to an end, Dayu assisted me with the checkout process. Her generosity and welcoming attitude made my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. She even went the extra mile by arranging a taxi for my next trip, ensuring I left with a positive impression. Overall, my experience at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel was fantastic. The staff, particularly Reza, Dayu, and Desy, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable retreat in Kuta.

I must mention a minor issue: the Hard Rock restaurant next door plays music until midnight, which might be a bit loud for some guests. Despite this, my overall experience remained overwhelmingly positive.

Superb location right in the heart of Kuta. Across the road from the beach.....lots of local food vendors are nearby and the new Kuta Shopping Mall Beachwalk Shopping Centre is only 150 mtrs away. Room had access to a plunge pool, which was super convenient to cool off after a day of activities. Staff were super helpful at all times...

The building is quite old and needs a renovation. Things like the lifts, internet access, etc were not always working consistently as a result.

Very comfortable beds, good sized room but balcony was a bit pointless. You wouldn’t want to sit out on it as overlooking either a side street or a building site. Great rooftop pool and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

A bit dark in some areas. The noise of the spa jets in the rooftop pool were really loud and annoying.
