It was not not on the main promenade but was only 10 minute walk It would be nicer if there was a facility to shower in the common area . We had our flight at 10 pm and checked out was at 11 Am. Inspite of the beach next to the apartment we couldn’t go to the beach due to no shower facility available.

Nice hotel, lovely friendly staff in an excellent location. Setback from the main road a bit meant we didn’t hear any road noise. We had a huge balcony giving gorgeous sea views and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was down in the beach bar & restaurant so we were literally waterside. Very close to the port for our ferry to Corfu and only 1km from where the buses drop off from other cities. There is is also a large Spar supermarket 100m away. It’s also very close to loads of restaurants and bars

Breakfast could’ve had more of a selection

I loved everything about this place!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious; we had a big balcony with a lovely sea view. The breakfast was amazing with many options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The private beach is just perfect for a nice swim. The parking area is available, safe, and easy to reach. Also, it's in a quiet street but very close to the center of Sarande, shops, restaurants, and everything you need. I would definitely come back here again if I were in Sarande!

Ideal location; 2 min walk to Spar (shop), 3 min walk to Ferry Port, 6 min walk to seafront boulevard (promenade). The staff were incredible. They went above and beyond and arranged transportation for us when there was no immediate transport available. The room had 2 large bedrooms, both with access to the balcony with its glorious sea view. Restaurant and bar onsite right on the private beach. Delicious breakfast included and served in the beachfront restaurant.

Our maps took us to the street parallel. Thankfully we’d seen the sign beside the property says Oceanic Restaurant and points down to the restaurant, car park and elevator into the hotel (there is a door into the hotel at street level but there’s no sign).

Everything is good. 100m from the ocean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great willingness to provide gluten free options. Our second stay and I am sure we will be back.

A few small details can be improved: - beds are quite hard and can be improved with a top mattress - there is a lot of noise at night time from cars and barking dogs - hard to get cold water from the tap

Great holiday experience in Saranda. One of most beautyfull views for sunset directly from our balcony and private beach here. Perfect suites, good breakfasts and so nice staff there. Everything what you could need is around Hotel: shops , good taverns, local tour agencies, bus stops, direct ferry to Corfu etc. Deffinitelly I can recommend this place to stay in Saranda for everybody if You looking for really good base for Your Holidays in Albania.

The hotel is right on the water and ocean view rooms have a fantastic view. Rooms are beautiful. There are modern rooms and those that are more traditional as in capturing the Albanian countryside. Staff is extremely helpful! I had to leave my bags a few hours after checking out and they accommodated me. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Don’t miss the homemade tiganites. A short walk to the port and the stairway leading to main road in the promenade.

Room was large and clean with lovely balcony overlooking beach and double glazeddoors so it was really quiet at night. There was a beach club included with the room and the restaurant at the beach club was really good. It was really easy walk to port and waterfront and lots of great restaurants.

Recently renovated, everything new clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and he would even offer me a drink in the annexed beach bar. It’s a little something which adds on the positive points.

Out of the two bedrooms in the queen suite, only the main one has the sea view. the second room with single beds was behind the main room with no windows at all. This was not clear from the pictures when I booked, which are somehow misleading in this sense: they show a mix of different suites, giving this false idea of all rooms having the sea view. At least there was air conditioning in both.

Comfortable bed. Clean and large room. Terrace had view of carpark and beach bar. Nice breakfast bar for the morning. Parking easy (Sarande is a crazy place to drive around). Close to ferry to Corfu. Pleasant staff.

The hotel beach was just gravel with limited sun loungers. We headed to nearby Sunset beach which had very nice loungers, and a more swimmable beach. We felt the hotel was quite pricey considering the beach wasn't anything special. The music at the beach bar in the evening was very loud, to the point where you couldn't have a conversation.
