I enjoyed the location relative to our plans at the Prudential Center.

It’s pretty tight! The parking was an issue each night we returned. I also didn’t like that the room safe was broken. We called and a hotel engineer was sent up and still couldn’t get it to work. So we had to keep our valuables with us in the car whenever we left the property. Also, breakfast sucked! How do you burn eggs? There were crispy burnt edges on the eggs. Also, how and why is it okay that there was no meat with breakfast? …bacon, and, or sausage is a staple with breakfast, is it not? For the amount of money for these rooms and with breakfast advertised as being included, breakfast is NOT the place to try to save money by having no meat.

The Hotel was safe and my daughter loved the pool.

The breakfast area could have had more choices. It took a long time to get toilet tissue i called several times. I also arrived at 2:10 and asked can I check in early the front desk person said yes in 15 minutes. Then 15 minutes past and I asked her can I check in she said 10 more minutes turned into 20 minutes, so I still sat in the lobby with my mother ad it was close to 3:00 she should have just told me no and to come back at 3pm after driving all morning for North Carolina. The pillows were also uncomfortable.

Location and facilities

Personal needs to be more friendly some of them were little rude!! Two problems fire alarm turns on for a little difficulty at one of the rooms 4 th floor good works but annoying, and also the phone turns to start making a annoying and loud sound at 6 am almost like a alarm!! My husband awake freaking out about it and try to touch it and try to disconnected to stop the horrible noise when was the only day we want to awake around 8 because in the whole trip we couldn’t rest properly .

Size of room, bed, generally the room was not an issue. Clean and quiet!

Sadly, the breakfast was a mixed bag- room had tables with mess on and you had to clean them yourself, people were filling their coffee cups to take away so had to wait over 20 minutes for coffee ( solution easy - buy another coffee holder! ) we had to inform the desk, who were quick, then the coffee holder was taken, filled up and brought back in which time more people needed coffee! We didn't get a second cup because people were just waiting and it needed to be refilled! (Dead easy to solve!)... That said they made a pot of porridge that was excellent ( not from a microwave packet)... good selection of fruit, pastries, bread and waffles.

Check in was smooth and once I had explained about not being able to close or open the blind the night manager Tim came and inspected it and when it fell off the wall as he was trying to pull it up he organised a room swap and upgrade

The fixtures in the first room I had could have been in better repair - door hanging of a cupboard and the roller blind not being attached to the wall properly. Breakfast was disappointing - on day two they ran out of paper plates and so everyone had to eat eggs potatoes and sausage out of a bowl - on day 3 ran out of coffee with 45 mins left and didn't refill it so had no hot drink that morning

Breakfast was great.

Our room was never cleaned. We did ask early that morning if it was possible and the front desk lady said it was ok. However, the room was never cleaned even though the cleaning lady was taking her time hanging out in the hallway. Also we got surprised with the final bill where we were charged for parking even though we never used the building parking lot. The issue did get fixed, we were told that charging for parking is included automatically in the final bill.This should not happen because is tricking customers who just pay on good faith.

the room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and distance to train station is really good for a short uber drive on a hot day. The staff were very helpful.

The check in was long due to one person seeming to have computer issues. My room was street facing and i had a tough time sleeping because of the street and highway sounds. Not many food options within walking distance in the area. Had to uber eats.

We felt comfortable leaving our car in the parking lot. You had to pay for parking but the peace of mind was worth it. The hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the South Broad Street train station, which took us to Penn Station, NY in about 25 minutes. Very convenient. Breakfasts were good with plenty of variety.

We needed to ask for towels on several occasions during our stay. When we asked that extra towels be brought to our room, we only got towels for 2 people, when there were 3 of us. Whenever we asked for towels, we got maid service, which was nice, but not necessary, especially since they took away our towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. A coin laundry would have e been nice.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, but little bit worn out. However we had good stay and suggest other travelers if you are looking last minute stay nearbt New York, but in budget. We drove some 20 minutes from Manhattan by car - so perfect!

Please note that the parking is for additional money. Unfortunately when we arrived at the breakfast most of the food ended. The food area was messy as no employ who take care of it. Maybe we just got in wrong moment. However it will not stop us to stay again in the future. :)

The facilites, the room was clean and good size. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and towel were clean. Ths check in waa fast as wel as check out.

The breakfast was from 7am to 10am. However by 9am most of the food run out. There was not oatmeal and a ladie say it they didn't have more. The had waffles but were only one flavor, the regular one run out, and there was not oil for the waffle maker. . There was a messed on the tables were the food was. The toaster was malfunctioning and the trash can was full. The pool was out of service however there was no a sign about it. We askes a housekeeper. The a/c didn't have a remote control and my niece was freezing but the temperature was not able go being regulated
