The location was superb, right by the train station and surrounded by restaurants! The facilities were clean, the breakfast was a decent spread, and thebstaff was very helpful. The room was phenomenal, I wasn't expecting a full size fridge! The shower had awesome water pressure and the bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby

It was located next to the train station which made it so easy to go into NYC. Everything was clean and being able to park at the hotel and even leave my vehicle there after check out for awhile so I could go into the city was wonderful. A member of the staff literally walked me to the train station and helped me understand how to use it and where to go; I had never been to the city/Newark before.

Parking was accessible and relatively easy, but they should figure out a simplier parking pass situation. We had to get out in the rain to bring back the electronic parking key after checking out. There should be an option that doesn’t require you to park on the curb before checking in to wait to get parking access. There are too many steps involved and it does not make for a seamless stay.

The staff were very accommodating and there are a decent number of restaurants in the area to vary food. Access into Manhattan is great with the PATH station just across the street.

For international travel, the hotel is a fair distance from JFK and is a costly cab fare away so you should factor this into the budget.

Spacious and well equipped room with a view over NJ and NY city. Very clean, and the bed was confortable. The staff were very friendly, and we were surprised at the complimentary breakfast, which we didn't know existed. If you go to or from EWR, don't miss the free airport shuttle!

The hotel is great, but the location is not perfect when the PATH trains don't go regularly, as was the case when we stayed there (which is not the hotel's fault, of cause, but for your own sake, download the PATH app to keep updated).

It was extremely close to the train into NYC.

It was a little pricey for parking. $21 a night to keep your car on the lot was pricey. Most places that I have stayed charge about $25 for your entire stay. This added to the $200+/night for the room I felt was a little excessive.

Very modern hotel, good breakfast, less pricy than Manhattan and just next to a train station. Easy connection to NYC. On site parking. Clean, big room and big restroom

Carla , the reception staff was amazing! Always smiling polite and extremely helpful. Staff such as herself made our stay feel more personal. I would highly recommend staying there!

Breakfast was good but I needed to leave quite early am so did not make the most of it. The staff I dealt with Alex and Una. I thought we excellent. Friendly Helpful and great .

Corridor carpets were grubby on floor 2.
