The location is a great spot to get back-and-forth to the airport. Also, when traveling around the city getting back to the hotel is convenient. From the front desk to the perfect service, she also handled evening service was very pleasant patient and persistent with tending to the overload of customers my daughter and I thanked her for her service and kindness with a bouquet of roses

I didn't like that the menu that we scanned with our phone was not available that we were provided paper menus, which was disappointing in flavor appearance and appreciation for the food in general refers to dinner options

I didn't like the fact that I paid to stay 2 nights in the hotel. Then upon check out find out that still have to pay for parking when I stayed there and not only that, you don't even get a discount on the parking. I don't think it is right to charge all that when staying at the hotel. I can u derstand if I wasn't staying there. I was not happy at all with that fact. I would definitely like to go back to the hotel but something needs to be done about the parking when staying as a guest.

Excellent facility. Clean spacious rooms, great staff and service, excellent amenities. Swimming pool included which is a treat.

Parking situation could be better. Charged USD$25 PER night and second night I had to go around hotel for 30 minutes to find a spot in heavy rain. Free water should be supplied at least at such an expensive room. I extended my stay by an extra day to take rest as I was super tired due to busy schedule. And guess what! Service staff knocked at my door 3 times as my room extension information wasn't passed on to them. So it was a bit of nuance but nothing major and an opportunity to improve operational coordination between front desk and the service staff.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Also we loved the view of the pool and dining below. Really cool layout.

The lady who checked us in mumbled most of the time and it was difficult to understand what she was saying. When we got back from our show we couldn't find parking at the hotel. There wasn't a single spot open and other cars were parked illegally because of it. The parking lot is too small

The location is perfect with the airport runway view. I had requested for airport side room since my son loves to see the flights from the hotel room window.

On my last visit, I was given a room on the 12 floor, this time it was 8th, so the view was a little ok. The black glass structure just ends after 8th floor. Would have enjoyed more if it was above 8th floor..

Everything was great. From the pricing to the facilities to the staff. We had an amazing experience and the whole hotel was aesthetically pleasing and i love how clean it was. My kids can’t stand dirty environments but they didn’t have a single complaint. That was exceptional 👌

My husband and I stayed there over night, so we can be close to the airport since we live so far. It’s very convenient. I always park my car there when traveling. This time we decided to just stay one night.

The a/c was a little confusing to adjust. It was either to hot or to cold.

We liked the location, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was spectacular. The room was fine.

We don't like that we had to pay for parking inside the hotel. It should already be included for guests.

Well, we arrive to La Guardia International Airport, and we did not know the hotel does not pick up people from there, so, we had to pay $156.00 to get to the hotel. I called multiple times to ask at the hotel staff about the transportation, but no body put attention what I was saying about "We arrived at La Guardia" we wait there one hour until someone who answered cached what I was saying since the beginning and finally she told me Double tree by Hilton doesn't pick uppeople from La Guardia. The room was good, if there was free breakfast, we did not know anybody told us.

There is not enough drinking water in the room, only two bottles, one for me and one for my husband. We asked one of the receptionists on the second day for water and she unkindly replied "didn't you get one for each of you in the room?" we said "Yes" she said "Well that's all you can get for free, I'll give you one more for each but if you need more it will be $3.00 each"

Crowding, they have groups that come in hundreds every week and just make the hotel too congested for comfort.
