The room was very spacious and clean and it is 10min from the airport.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and their free shuttle service for our 12hr stopover, however, when i wrote to them through Booking.com to find out where to get the bus from, they never replied. Very bad at communication. We ended up taking an Uber which cost us $18.

The room was equipped like an apartment. (We only stayed 1 night, but commented we could reside there for a week or more at a time). Good amenities eg gym, bar, complementary breakfast. Fine outdoor patio.

25 minute wait to catch shuttle bus (perhaps we had just missed one) & the (unanticipated) fact that on the return the shuttle bus makes only 1 stop. We had not built into our plans the fact that after drop off we’d need to take both an airport shuttle and Air Train to Terminal A. The pre-info sent stated that there was NO hotel shuttle (outdated COVID info). Glad we called and found out there was. Also, the fact that the shuttle ride back to the airport NEEDS TO BE RESERVED should be publicized at least with a very visible sign @ the front desk.

Spacious rooms, kitchennette, great breakfast. The staff waa always polite, knowledgable, and responsive. I really appreciate the oppprtunity to have had my pet rabbit with me-big help!! The airport shuttle, gym on-site, and laundry are also a plus.

The walls are a bit thin and when they placed a family with small children next to me I could hear the child running and screaming like it was right next to my ear! I called the front desk, though, and they took care of it.

Room was VERY NICE and clean and everything worked. I loved the room. The ice machine on my floor was broken, though. I appreciated the self service laundry. Miguel & Depecha were very helpful. Thank you for allowing pets.

Some staff seemed disinterested. I waited for the shuttle at the airport… it didn’t show up at the planned time and one of the other hotel shuttle drivers was kind enough to give me a ride. I also had to go to another hotel to get detergent. Wish there were better vegetarian options for breakfast.. egg and cheese sandwich or scrambled eggs would have been great.

My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in any place other than my own but I felt comfortable and was able to sleep without a problem. It was not alot of noise from other guests. The staff was very helpful with any questions that I had.

I didn't like that housekeeping didn't speak English well and so trying to get help from needed something simple as a washcloth cause I didn't have any washclothes and only 2 towels for a 5 day stay. Even after I called the front desk the housekeeper came up and cleaned my room and still only left 2 towels. I had to leave my room and go to the front desk to get washclothes.

The rooms are spacious. The kitchen area is very awesome. Feels like an apartment. They have a big storage for Amazon packages and its properly organized with a sign in/sign out form. (the best way) I love the apples, love that the shuttle is frequent, and love the area.

The room I got this second time with more people. The first room was wayyy nicer. The breakfast isn't nice at all. Eww

Hiltons are always solid choices in Hotels; this one had all the standards: coffee all day, a nice hot breakfast, clean, stylish room.

I wish I were joking, but I am not being funny— you will nearly get killed trying to get to and get out of this hotel; very poorly placed in terms of ingress and egress! You have to cut across two lanes of aggressive New Jersey traffic in the space of about 2 seconds just to make it to the entrance. Leaving requires that same impossible feat but cutting across two lanes trying to make it to the fast lane in 2 seconds. In my case, it was raining, visibility was poor, and I had kids in the car. Very poorly located. It was the most stressful part of the stay.

The stay at Home2Suites was excellent. We arrived very early in the morning, and Phyllis at the front desk was the best host. She even gave us a great tip on how to get into the city that saved us money. Phyllis was a God send. The location is right by EWR, and they also have a shuttle that runs 24hrs., which made transport to and from the airport really seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was hot and fresh, my room was clean very good , the hotel smells amazing every time I went to my car to leave it smelled amazing even on my floor the smell was amazing, the elevator smells like fresh linen definitely recommend for your stay if you want clean rooms, fresh breakfast and an amazing staff

Not enough parking

The hotel is very close to the Newark International Airport so it was perfect for me since I had a late flight in. It worked wonderfully for me. The room was surprisingly big, well-equipped with amenities - they might come in handy for those staying longer than just one night. Also the commute to Manhattan is unproblematic. The breakfast was humble but still varied. It was all I needed and expected.
