It was perfectly located in a private area that was both close to the airport and to the actual city.

The only inconvenience was that the Housekeeping staff would pass by very early during the two mornings that we were there and not only knock on doors to announce themselves, but they would also talk loudly to each other right outside of the doors while they cleaned different rooms. I just feel that they just innocently forget that there are still some people actually sleeping inside of the rooms since the Housekeeping staff’s workday has to, sadly, begin so early. They were so nice and friendly.

The indoor pool was amazing, Close to the airport, breakfast was delicious, the hotel is very nice, I enjoy the amenities. I stayed 2 months ago prior to this trip.

I don’t like the pool hours at all. They’re not convenient tbh. The pool closes too early. - it was hard to find a trolley for luggage, never saw one on my last trip and this time I luckily found one. It was barely any trolleys, hard getting luggage and bags to the floor. I think they need to invest in that!

The location is a great spot to get back-and-forth to the airport. Also, when traveling around the city getting back to the hotel is convenient. From the front desk to the perfect service, she also handled evening service was very pleasant patient and persistent with tending to the overload of customers my daughter and I thanked her for her service and kindness with a bouquet of roses

I didn't like that the menu that we scanned with our phone was not available that we were provided paper menus, which was disappointing in flavor appearance and appreciation for the food in general refers to dinner options

I didn't like the fact that I paid to stay 2 nights in the hotel. Then upon check out find out that still have to pay for parking when I stayed there and not only that, you don't even get a discount on the parking. I don't think it is right to charge all that when staying at the hotel. I can u derstand if I wasn't staying there. I was not happy at all with that fact. I would definitely like to go back to the hotel but something needs to be done about the parking when staying as a guest.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Also we loved the view of the pool and dining below. Really cool layout.

The lady who checked us in mumbled most of the time and it was difficult to understand what she was saying. When we got back from our show we couldn't find parking at the hotel. There wasn't a single spot open and other cars were parked illegally because of it. The parking lot is too small

Excellent facility. Clean spacious rooms, great staff and service, excellent amenities. Swimming pool included which is a treat.

Parking situation could be better. Charged USD$25 PER night and second night I had to go around hotel for 30 minutes to find a spot in heavy rain. Free water should be supplied at least at such an expensive room. I extended my stay by an extra day to take rest as I was super tired due to busy schedule. And guess what! Service staff knocked at my door 3 times as my room extension information wasn't passed on to them. So it was a bit of nuance but nothing major and an opportunity to improve operational coordination between front desk and the service staff.

Great accomodations, close to airport with minimal flight sounds.Easy access to get around NJ/NY. Room was spacious, clean and had a view. Staff at front desk, very patient with customers. AND the warm cookies upon check in were just the right pick me up. Delicious.

The vending machines were great, but the very small print for instructions on how to use wasn't very helpful.

Even though we ended up not staying for the night, we greatly appreciated the front desk clerk, Leo, for all his kindness and effort he put in for helping us with our booking. When booking wasn’t possible, he was still very kind and helpful in what we should do. His professionalism and kindness made us want to come back someday, and we are very grateful to him!

Close to airport.

Shuttle bus never came to pick me up. I had to pay for an expensive taxi. Total rip-off! New Jersey is not very pleasant. Also, many machines that sold food and drinks were not functioning. Room service was terrible - they took my order and then room service never delivered! I waited an hour for nothing! No apologies from the front desk.

Property was alright. Had the essentials such as food, gym, pool, etc.

They charge you for parking per night. They also charge you 24$ for a breakfast buffet. This should be part of the booking cost, not separate. The price was also not justified for the quality and selection of food. They also did not have a microwave in the room.
