Hot water always with good pressure, laundry always available at no cost, kitchen with three burner stove and fridge and dining table for 4, pots and pans, everything, you felt like you were at home. A large supermarket was available 24 hours. A pharmacy, a fruit shop, and a sweet shop were available. A very beautiful city for lovers of nature and clean air. Very economic. And great, friendly area.

2 Our 2nd night was here, coming from batumi and going to the Kuatisi Airport the next morning. Jemali arranged our transfer to the airport at 4 am, many thanks. Feeling like home! Room same as on photos. Brand new house with 5 rooms. Clean, cosy, helpful Staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was good very neat and clean and very comfortable. Value of money.

It was clean, it was also good value. We were able to catch the local transport nearby, so it was fairly convenient. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great.

Shower is together with the toilet and there is no curtain between them, so after showering the water is everywhere in the bathroom: on the toilet, on the floor (bring slippers as it stays wet for a long time), the shower head is a bit broken and water splashes to the sides. There is no place to hang the clothes. You can also hear the conditioner that is hanging outside right next to the window. Sadly, we have had an incident. A guest that stayed in the room next to us played loud music at 1 am. We tried talking to him, but he was drunk and not willing to listen. Later, he became aggressive so we got back to our room and texted the owner. We were upset when he told us he was away and there was nobody to handle the situation and suggested to call the police. We were unsure about the precise location of guest house and didn't really want to deal with local police, so we put in earplugs and fell asleep later. Next day we were offered to call the police together with the manager but saw no point in it.

it s convenient, it s like a mini-shopping center there, for this kind of suburb of kutaisi 2 miles to the south . Walking to the city is too far .

The dom mama and papa arrive at noontime, (cleaning) and offensive shouting never stops till about afternoon . Sometimes there is the Tv running, so can be loud too .

It was far from the centre,the name hotel must change into a hostel,they did not have even a tea-pot in the room,the oor was squaking like someone was banging on it all night,could not sleep Bed cloth was not clean The price is too much for it

This place will better fit for bachelor not for family. Noisy hotel.heater doesn't work efficient.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty rooms. In non-smoking rooms you'll find lot of cigarette butts and ash. During our stay other visitors were smoking everywhere including rooms and common areas. Better choose another hotel. Bathroom with black mold on the walls and ceiling. Furniture, especially in the bathroom/toilet is in a very bad condition.
