We arrived at the property, check in took a while but it can’t be helped, gentleman at reception was friendly. We were upgraded to an elite 2 bed apartment on the 6th (top) floor. The complex is huge so be prepared to walk a fair bit to your room. The apartment was so spacious-lounge, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 had an en-suite bathroom, the other had use of the main shower room. Every room had patio doors to the terrace. The main bedroom had its own private terrace whereas the kitchen, dining room, lounge and second bedroom all opened up onto the main terrace so you imagine the size! The apartment was clean, had everything you could need. The view of the sea from the terrace was stunning.

We booked a 2 bed room apartment and it was very spacious with ensuite bathrooms and another main bathroom. View of the sea was stunning. There was a double terrace with exterior dining table too. Sofa bed was the most comfortable we have seen so far as in many other properties we have seen sofa bed won't be of this quality. Pool was nice and children thoroughly enjoyed in the water. We have to book sunbed a day in advance and we can have it for the whole day. Staff were courteous and helpful. Design of the resort is very different from the usual building type hotels. Air conditoning worked well. There is a sea side walk which is just behind the resort and you can walk all the way to San Blas and Los Abrigos and do not miss the early morning walk to see sunrise. There is a supermarket inside the resort and another one just a min walk away. Bus service was reasonably good as we used public transport.

It was very pricey due to christmas holiday period but i guess if you book in non season or well in advance you may get for a reasonable price. Finding the way inside the hotel was like doing a puzzle. Terrace bar did not have a working patio heater , therefore it was very cool whilst sitting there during the evening times. People were using blankets to sit there. Hopefully they fix this issue. Info for public transport - The Bus no: 415 from Tenerife South Airport to this resort is very unreliable and sometimes upto an hour delay, but to other destinations bus services was reasonably good.

The amenities, including the ocean views and the well-equipped kitchen in the room, were excellent. The staff were very kind and responsive, and they even offer customer service through WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The location is fantastic, right by the ocean, with plenty of restaurants nearby and lovely places to walk. Parking was easy to find nearby, and the hotel is very close to Tenerife South Airport.

. The second bedroom's window faces the hotel corridor, and the blind does not cover it properly. As a result, light enters the room every time someone passes by at night, waking us up and preventing us from getting proper rest. The kids' club is only available during animation activities, which last for just a few hours per day and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. We were unaware that there were extra charges for using the gym or getting pool towels. Perhaps this information is on Booking.com, but we didn't notice it. The hotel organizes live music and parties almost every night until 11:00 PM. I could clearly hear the music from my room.

The room is sizable. It is a large space, we also enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare some food of our own. We had a large balcony which provided a decent view of the ocean. The room was reasonably clean and we enjoyed the space/room very much. We had a nice time having few drinks at the bar with a sea-view and relaxed vibe. The people who worked at the hotel are kind and helpful.

While we did not pay for an “all-inclusive” stay, we found it a little peculiar that any add-ons are chargeable. Each trip to the gym, sauna and even the mini jacuzzis in the sauna room are each charged separately. The pool table and a mini arcade is also pay-per use. Paying for these amenities would be (more than) justifiable if it was a deluxe spa sauna experience or a gym for serious training, but the facilities were only basic/adequate - making paying them alittle questionable. We were ok with the music from the live-shows because the rooms are pretty soundproof but we were unlucky as noise from construction works woke us up one morning.

The apartment was spacious and had a huge balcony. It’s really cool that everything is ocean view. The pool facilities were great, and we were able to get sun beds pretty easily.

It was convenient to have the convenience store at the hotel, but it wasn’t super clean and the food was not fresh. Also, it would be nice not to have to pay extra for every little thing - pool towels, sauna, gym, hot tub. It wasn’t a lot, but it seems like that could just be included.

Such a clean resort, lovely helpful staff, I love that I could contact them 24/7 via WhatsApp! It’s such a game changer. As a solo traveller this location was perfect, 20 mins drive from the beaches, other towns and airport. I’ll definately be coming back. Also there are loads of supermarkets and restaurants within mins walk from the resort so there was really no need to leave…. I only left to do the experiences I had booked and came straight back home ☺️

Longer staaaayyy - I didn’t want to leave!

Everything was clean and well presented. Great sized apartments with a well- equipped kitchen.

More music around the pool would have been welcomed and the building work over the road started at 7:45am most mornings which we weren’t informed about prior to travelling.

We moved to a different apartment which had been refurbished as the first apartment we we given was damp, mouldy and smelled. The refurbished apartment was a really good size and well equipped and decorated. This apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It also has a filtered drinking water tap in the kitchen which saves a lot of water carrying and some money as a bonus. The first apartment we were given really shouldn't be used as it was unhealthy and is in urgent need of a total refurbishment. It's such a shame for a good size apartment right on the see front. It also needs a revamp of the garden outside to include a terrace and some glass panels in the boundary fence to take advantage of its position and the sea view. Hopefully they'll get round to doing this soon.

First apartment we were given was terrible. In my opinion while clearly having vacancies in other really nice refurbished apartments they chose to put us in an unrefurbished unhealthy apartment. Why would anyone chose to do this is beyond me. It's certainly not great PR and spoiled our previously held belief this was a nice resort to stay in. We have stayed here 3 times before and have always enjoyed our stay and the standard of the accommodation. Hopefully the particular apartment (V17) will be taken out of service until it is made habitable. Fortunately the reception staff took our complaint seriously and moved us and we certainly have no complaints about them or the replacement accommodation as described above.

Only downside is the location is a bit far away from sandy beach and the main town. So for people who don’t drive it’s a bit of a pain to travel every day. The public transport is not very convenient in Tenerife so that’s something to watch out if you plan to explore a bit further rather than stay near the hotel every day.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was ✨️✨️✨️AMAZING ✨️✨️✨️ we really lived it and all the staff were really nice as we asked for a room with a really nice view and we got one of the best views and it was really great. Everything was clean and neat, a few days later when the cleaning staff cleaned up our room a bit it surprised us because of how neatly done it was. We totally recommend this place for your visit!

This is not really a bad thing, but it is just something to be aware of, The restaurant at the hotel does not have a lot of vegetarian choices, but there are restaurants nearby for vegetarians so it's ok. Otherwise, you guys should definitely come here.
