This is my 3rd time staying at this location. I really like this location because everything is nearby. Example: restaurants, bars, an hour and half drive to el tunco beach, and you can move around the area. If people are interested there's even an AA meeting right up the block. The receptionists are very nice and they will help you with any questions you have. Overall it's a good stay in the city in my opinion.

The breakfast was good! I just wish there were more kid friendly breakfast foods. They only had plain cereal. I would have liked some pancakes or waffles.

At night, there are so many bats by the pool. We really wanted to take a dip after 6 and thats when the sun sets. That's also when the bats fly around.

Probably the best staff I came across. Super helpful. Very clean , modern and spacious rooms. The front desk girl helped me to download an app and order food on new year night, they will do their best to help you.

1. Location: The location is off, no restaurant or stores nearby at walking distance 2. They bring a limited amout of breakfast and if you don't go early, you wont get it. I went there around 9:30am and found few items not available and they dont refill them.

The staff went beyond to meet our needs. Specially the housekeeping service was at 10 . Polite, friendly, respectful.

The first presentation on the entrance is kind of scary about all that scrap cars parked at the front. They should do something about it to make the face of the beautiful hotel look better .

Location is good because it is close to the city center. The breakfast is the best we had while in El Salvador. The cleaning lady was amazing and very patient with the cleaning. It was very good for a family of 4. Internet connection was good.

The room was big enough, and very clean, Good bed. The little kitchen has frige and a little oven Good air conditioning, just a little noisy.

-Not very good Wi-Fi, download speed 1.23, I couldn't watch a movie in my tablet, -The breakfast was ok but too limited -The parking lot is too small. The air extractor in the bathroom is too noisy.

The stay at the hotel was exceptional, the staff very friendly the food very delicious and the room was very clean and the beds every day came to do cleaning.

The bathroom sink did not work, the cold water talked to them about the water, but they did not repair it.

Super comfortable bed, large bathroom. Spacious room with microwave, refrigerator and sink.

Parking gate gets secured by 10 pm. There is a security officer on site that once you get to the gate and honk a couple of times will open the gate: for you.

The overall facility was well maintained and clean. The staff was nice and helpful in all ways.

Breakfast was a little boring and needs more options. Bed kept moving because it was not fixed.

The staff was very professional although my reservation was processed wrong Gabriel and Beatris they both tried to help me with my reservation issues and tried to make my stay pleasant. Big thanks to Mrs. NORMITA she was always very nice and professional, she kept my room very clean. Better yet every morning I see her coming up the elevator she always gave us a big goodmorning smile and made our day very pleasant. GRACIAS NORMITA

My room was ok, although we had confortable beds the very first night my bed sheets were dirty, but l I informed at the front desk and they came in and changed them right away. The desk light outlet wasn't working properly and I had go buy me a 5 way electricity outlet to charged my family devices. The walls were stained and dirty more attention on little details like that a fresh coat of paint can make the difference. A small coffee maker could of be nice at my staying since I love to drink coffee all the time I had to cook my water in the microwave and it was a hassle. My bathroom had ants other than that I think I'd a great stay.
