The accommodation was clean and had everything we had wanted. Microwave, hot plate, fridge electric kettle, coffee machine etc... Enjoyed my shower. The best among all of the places I have stayed in London. Sunny met us on arrival and he was easily contactable with any queries we had. There was cleaning services every alternate day and towels changed each time. The parking space was an added bonus and proximity to Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) which was a 5 minute walk is convenient for getting into Central London n Heathrow Airport. This will be our preferred hotel in the future if we travel into London again. Highly recommended.

Our accommodation was an annexe at the back of the building so no covered walkway leading to it. Especially when it rains. The two big dustbins outside were a bit of an eyesore but didnt impact the facilities inside. The basic pots offered were scratched up and not usable. Bed was fairly comfortable but after few nights could feel it sinking in the middle. A change of mattress and pillows would definitely make this a perfect accommodation for the future. What I've written is suggestions based on my experience and in no way would like it to be construed as negative.

Very friendly staff, upgraded me to a bigger room as a quiet evening for them which was nice. Fridge and Microwave in family room, v helpful when on business for a few days as could just buy dinner and take it back. It's got a bedsit vibe about the place

It could be noisy in parts but nothing outrageous. Guests arriving late at night, can't be helped. It's very independent. There's no common area, so you'll never be able to gauge if anyone else is there truly !

Sunny is an excellent host! He even gave us his personal number and was reachable for any concerns we had. The hotel is at a perfect location, 5min walk to Ilford station. The hotel is basic, however it had everything one needs and was worth the price. Sunny was also kind enough to store our luggages for a few hours after we checked out, which was very convenient for us since we had an evening flight. Highly recommended!

We had the king room, but it is not a king-sized room, just a king-sized bed. The room itself was a little tight to walk around. The walls are very thin - I can hear everything outside of my room, and likewise they can hear everything inside my room.

Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.

We had to come down a few stairs or slope to our room, lighting is provided in the yard but was intrusive when trying to sleep. Maybe a blind over the glass at the front door and better blinds would help.

The hotel was perfectly located for our night out in Ilford. The staff were friendly and supportive. The room was a good size, on the ground floor as we had requested, and right next to the outdoor smoking area which made my husband happy! The bed was very soft, but comfortable and the bathroom was well decorated and smart.

There was nothing that didn't meet the standard.

Great size room, everything u need is there, clean and very friendly manager that is happy to help called Sunny. Perfect location, 2 min away from station and town centre. Highly recommend this place. I only booked this place because of the high ratings, and I see why...
