Overall my stay was very good. The room was a great size, bathroom facilities great, bed comfy television great and breakfast was awesome! Front staff very nice helpful and professional.

The black plugs close to the bed and under the television did not work. I shook the cord on my charger and it worked for a second then stopped. My chargers were in good condition because I plugged them in the wall and they worked. Also there were dead bugs in the light fixture I believed was just overlooked. I could see them through the light. I’m not complaining I just wanted to bring these issues to your attention.

I like how quiet it was in The lobby and how I felt like I was just in on vacation

I didn't like my card expiring Way beyond 11:00 a.m. I went out for a couple hours and I came back. My card worked but then it expired and I felt like I spent too much money for that to happen. It expired like a few minutes after I used it and I paid for another night the day of and that was crazy to me. I don't understand why that happened and I don't believe that should ever happen.

I liked that she gave us a room but the room smelled so bad like smoke. She did change it for us. THAT WAS SUPER SWEET, and gave us lots of detail if the hotel!

Our room yes was clean, but with further noticing, they floor wasn’t that clean and on the side of the bed was trash they didn’t pick up with the vacuum. Found random trash in the floor!

Booking.com has failed to respond specifically to an overpayment that was made by Affirm on June 20, 2023. Please send me $789.77 USD because Booking.com did not have to pay that amount to a hotel that I thought I reserved but the reservation wasn't confirmed. I have documented all this through emails of documents but Booking.com is stonewalling and makes it impossible to communicate properly.

Breakfast was good. Real eggs would be better. Cinnamon rolls were excellent. The attendant was keeping the area very neat.

The EXTREMELY LOUD smoke/ fire alarm went off at 11 PM and again 15 min. later. In the morning it went off REPEATEDLY! It triggered a migraine and I lost the rest of the day to it. We were told it went off because someone was smoking in their room. I find it hard to believe that it is not possible to determine which alarm was triggered and to remove that guest.

Clean and well-equiped rooms that were cleaned daily. Nice pool and gym.

The breakfast area (tables and chairs) was not clean, there was only one employee in charge of breakfast service. At breakfast there were only disposable plates generating large amounts of garbage. The pool area had a lot of fallen leaves.

Location was great. Front staff was wonderful. The room as very nice. I liked that there were hangers for my clothes. Hand soap and shampoo with conditioner. Blow dryer. Fridge and microwave were great.

A couple extra towels and wash clothes. Also another toilet paper roll would have been nice. Didnt need it but have hoarding TP for a couple years now and am more comfortable knowing it is there.

Room was plenty bright and AC works great. Breakfast options were plentiful and well made. We especially liked the sausage gravy!

The room had a few scuffs and dirt on the walls and ceiling. Management should catch this for simple repairs before the next occupancy. I'd love to seeing larger towels in the shower, something softer. Lastly, The bed was overly soft, it actually hurt our back after a while.

It was very clean. The A/C worked fine. What is really important is that the air in the hallways and elevator was cool and dry. The breakfast bar was pretty good, especially the gravy biscuits. The location was good, with residential neighborhoods nearby for jogging.

It would be nice to have a vent fan for the bathroom.

I thought the breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. Even healthy ones! Property was clean. The Fitness room was in great condition. Loved the mattress. Even snuck a peak under the sheets to see what brand it was.
