We had an unforgettable experience at this accommodation. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! The location was absolutely perfect, and the staff’s helpfulness, communication, and professionalism were flawless. We truly enjoyed our stay and were 100% satisfied with everything! I really hope to return to Rome soon, and there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again!

We rely heavily on working wifi to communicate with the other travelers and also for ordering taxi and other important services. On the night we stayed, the wifi was so weak I had to walk down the hall to connect and remain there to accomplish what we needed to do. Unfortunately by the time I returned to our room the signal was lost and no one could reach us. This is an easy fix and I am sure Alessia will look into remedying this.

The room is nice and clean. There was miscommunication with the staff, but the staff is really good and we clear up the misunderstanding eventhough the staff can't speak english:)

The location is not that good, near the street so we can always hear the sound of car and other transportation

Brilliant location, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which is only a couple of stops away from the city centre. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, and the bathroom was superb. Self check-in was so easy, and Alessia was so lovely and responsive - grazie mille! Also we were provided with plenty of towels which helped with packing lightly!

Maybe more toilet paper could be given but not a huge issue :)

The property was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay. It’s set in a great location, close to local residential areas meaning you get a real feel of Italian culture. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around this part of Rome as we were not bothered by any street vendors / people trying to sell us stuff.

The room was a little humid, but was soon fixed once the air-con had its full effect.

The cleaner is super helpful and cute. The host really nice to let us leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time. This place just 20 mins by bus to the central and super close to Metro.

The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the local metro! The hospitality was lovely and they even provided us with a new year gift to celebrate!

Perhaps that sometimes it was too warm in the room!

Most everything. Great value

We were given a few pods of coffee when we arrived to use in the in-room coffee maker. As a suggestion, perhaps they might refill the pods on a daily basis such as at least one pod per guest while we are staying there for our morning coffee. The coffee was delicious.

Dario was super nice with us helped with everything possible,place was clean tidy and full of everything we needed

The location was good, although a little noisy until the gelato place downstairs closed. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They also offered us a solution to leave our bag with them for a few hours after check-out and the use of a spare bathroom if needed.

There is no refrigerator in the room, to cool at least some bottles of water, and the bathroom lacks something to hang the towels on.
