The staff here are very amicable. The bed is super comfy. Also love the welcoming sets of drinks and slippers. Also liked the turtles in the below floors.

There isn’t any thing that I didn’t like. But it would be great if the shower temperature could be more stable. And the two days I went down for breakfast, everyone was greeted and asked if they can get any coffee or tea to drink, I was never greeted or asked, not sure why but I assume I look way too familiar to this place?

The breakfast, the location, the staff, the views, walking distance to everything, even picking up the car rental was great!

We were badly surprised about the rooftop being closed, we expected to spend some time there, but it took us by surprise since the picture of the rooftop is published on Booking.com Not only was the rooftop closed, also the steam room was out of service :( Also, a bit disappointing

Really great, well designed hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and the rooms are quiet and attractive.

I didn't care for the breakfast at all. Just my personal preference. The eggs were always cold, but I other hot dishes were barely warm. It was a little surprising.

The location was quite convenient.

The rooms were rather small and the breakfast was poor in terms of quality.

Excellent location: for Akropolis, the museum, Herodion. Great breakfast, the best I have ever had (and I had a few): any coffee by order, eggs by order, fresh orange juice, fruits, and everything else you can imagine, real quality and true greek stuff. Free water and drinks in the room. Free filter water refill. Sauna. The bed mattress, of course. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, all of them Greeks.

The bathroom situation is a little bit awkward: the toilet is in one closet, the shower in another, and the sink in between. Strange, even if you are staying with your spouse.

I have been at the hotel twice before and knew what to expect. The hotel has an open and light feeling about it and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and with many options and the spa facilities were good.

This was my third visit to the hotel in a bit more than 13 months, the most recent voisit having taken place in mid-late October. I would have expected to have a better or bigger room than the one I was given, considering that the one I had in October was bigger and better appointed. The staff at reception were receptive and ready to change the room but I decided to stay put as I did not wish to pack again etc...

The property is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location to easily walk to the Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Plaka, and so much more. It is very close to an Athens Metro stop as well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms feel luxurious.

It is very disappointing that the roof is closed. It is out of the hotels control but I hope one day it can be reopened. The other thing that we did not like was that all the breakfast food was cold. The food is not kept in warmers so eggs and other items are all cold. It was a beautiful spread of food items, some of which are delicious cold but others were not as appetizing at that temperature.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. It was located right across from the Acropolis, and the view from our room was absolutely magical. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was a highlight of our trip. The location couldn't be more convenient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the nearest station, a 1-minute walk to multiple car rental shops, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis itself. If you want everything within easy reach, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a double room with a museum view and balcony. Considering it is listed as 5 stars we had been expecting a bit more luxury in the furnishings . The Bathroom layout is a bit interesting, separate toilet, separate shower room and the sink is in the bedroom, not sure this really works. Although the room walls and windows are sound proofed, I had disturbed sleep around 5.30am , due to staff setting breakfast up in the restaurant. The bedroom door opens on to a balcony which over looks the reception area and restaurant below .

Great hotel in a perfect location. It's about a block away from the Acropoli subway stop, which is convenient to get around the city if you want to do more exploring. The hotel is modern, clean, and an oasis from the busy city. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The staff was always friendly and courteous, and the overall hotel, with it's water features and plants really is so relaxing. It was also very clean and open and airy. I stayed in March so not the height of the season, but would gladly stay here again any time. I did not use the spa, but did use the small gym area, which was fine for getting a short workout in during my stay.

Needed to kind of slam my door to get it to lock when leaving.
