The breakfast bar exceeded my expectations. Check in and out was fast and the staff was really helpful. The room I got was huuuge and the bed had made me want to buy a mattress for myself. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. It felt very fancy with the dove shampoo pumps. They even had a black wash rag for makeup. The hotel is close to a lot of night life as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel isn't at fault for the construction work near it, however, the roads were torn up because of it. Went during the winter and couldn't enjoy the pool 😭

We liked the location. The check in girl wasn't that friendly, but the lady that checked us out was great. I especially liked that there were sugar free jellies and sugar free syrups for breakfast. That is so rare and I have a medical condition that limits sugar. It was a very good breakfast too. We especially loved the omelets and English muffins.

Our desk chair was very squeaky and the commode seat was very wiggly, it needed to be tightened. We told the lady at check out and she thanked us. She said they would take care of it.

always clean and well kept. the breakfast area was exceptionally well organized and was continually being cleaned.

would have liked to have stayed for three nights but they increased the rate to over $200 per night which made it too expensive for this standard of hotel. had to move to a hotel which we did not like as much, but did not want to pay the high price they required to stay at this Holiday Inn.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to shopping, eating and various sporting venues. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It also had a fridge and microwave which we loved that allowed us flexibility with our lunch/dinner.

Breakfast was simple and did its job for what it was supposed to do. Friday night was a busier night for this hotel because the hot water was not available and so we had to take warm showers.

The hotel was very clean ~ we always saw someone wiping down the counters during breakfast and mopping floors and the elevator. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was prompt and thorough.

The parking lot was not as easily accessible after checking in ~ but we figured it out.

Didn't like how crowded the two queen beds were. One side of one bed had no more than 8 inches between it and the wall, making it extremely difficult for the other person to access the bed. Housekeeping couldn't vacuum the narrow space, made evident by the bits of paper and tiny rocks down there. Poor design!

Great breakfast selection, which was refilled when needed. The location was centrally located for our needs while in the Frisco area.

Room lighting and electrical outlets were lacking. ie: no ceiling lights and more outlets needed. Also needed more towel bars needed.

Nice, clean room and nice breakfast options. The room has a nice layout and felt spacious. The gym was nice as well. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Very few restaurants or grocery stores nearby and the food delivery options weren't great, so definitely need to plan ahead when thinking about meals.

Breakfast was ok. Bread, English muffins, and cinnamon rolls were stale. The pancake maker was not working. I usually eat oatmeal, but the oatmeal was very watery. I did try stirring it, but it didn't help. The omelet, eggs, and sausage were fine. Also, no fan in the bathroom.

A very clean, well-appointed basic hotel with all of the usual amenities. Good breakfast with choices to suit everyone. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

The TV channels do not list what’s on at the various times. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet seat did not stay up, an annoyance for men. The worst part was returning from a day out and finding the room not made up. We were told that you have to request that 24 hours in advance (but were not told that on check-in). The next day, the room was made up, but there were no replacement cups or a liner for the ice bucket.
