I was very glad they had the waffles. I was told on the phone they don't know when they serve them. I sometimes pick a hotel to stay in because of the breakfast. The rooms are a great size.

The bed was a bit hard. It did not seem like there was someone working the food area and the waffle area was very messy and almost out and they were out of strong coffee. They fixed but maybe more attendants for a Sunday morning. Also, really would love to have a hot tub near pool for older couples who don't want to swim but relax after a long travel.

Friendly reception, up to date finishes and very clean! Comfortable beds with extra bedding provided in the room for the pull out couch. Comfortable and spacious room. Clean kitchen for breakfast with lots of options. Property is well taken care of and we would recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel wish we had more time to actually enjoy the whole hotel. When we come back we will stay here for sure.

Loved everything nothing to say as a dislike.

Staff was super friendly! They gave my kid a cookie he loved! Another staff was extremely helpful at the breakfast nook.

It was a little pricey, but not by much. Probably from the jazz festival I wasn't aware of at the time of booking.

Clean and quiet

I was charged twice on e through booking. Com which I'll never do again! But when I informed the front that I had already been charged through them they still made me run my card a second time and be charged again. My brother experienced the same thing but the hotel accomodated him and he was not charged a second time.

Everything about this property was outstanding. Tremendous customer service. Food, housekeeping, front desk, parking, location. EXCELLENT!

Room was clean, roomy,had soap, shampoo and conditioner built into shower was very nice ,breakfast was great just all around nice place 👍

Loved all of it! The facility was super clean, the employees were all very nice and helpful. Our room was big and spacious. Loved that the bedroom is separate from the living space AND had a ceiling fan. Loved the full kitchen as we needed a freezer to keep our special needs daughters ice packs frozen for our trip. It was also nice to do dishes in a kitchen and not a bathroom sink. There was a dishwasher but we didn’t use it. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and supplies needed for cooking and eating which was great. Breakfast was great, offering different things daily. Lots of great hot food items such as biscuits and gravy, waffles, hasbrowns, eggs, sausages, etc. Again, super clean place. Hallways, elevator, breakfast area, and the room was very clean! The hotel was close to the interstate and not too far from shopping. The town we were in felt safe as well!

These aren’t dealbreakers by any means but the pool was very small. It’s ok if your in their with your own family and maybe another but there was barely any space to swim around when there are more than 2 families in there. Also, the pullout couch in the room was not comfortable. Our kids slept on it but even sitting on the couch you could tell it had seen better days.

Very Friendly staff, we absolutely loved our room and the pool. Breakfast was amazing!
