I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goreme Sakura, which impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness. The room was spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were very convenient and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for those looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service.

While the hotel is a bit farther from some other popular locations, taxis are easily accessible, making it convenient to get around.

Staff was nice and offered tourism services (like Hot air balloon rides). It looked like it was a family-owned hotel. The room was very spacious and had two beds. The hotel has a swimming pool and pool chairs for you to relax in. Also, there was free tea and powdered coffee for guests. You can find restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.

I strongly disliked breakfast. Poor selection (a previously prepared plate with a few things like tomato, cheese, processed meat, boiled eggs, sweets, and stale bread). Our plate had tiny little ants which made us worry a little bit about the cleanliness of the kitchen so we ended up skipping breakfast on the second day. There's no safe and no fridge in the room. No pool towels were offered.

We loved our stay at Goreme Sakura. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they booked us a hot air balloon trip which was amazing - highly recommended. The room we had was so spacious with a huge bed! We were actually on the end, on the corner so we had views of the travertines and of the pool and mountains the other side. The room was clean and comfortable with A/C. The shower room was perfectly good, a really good shower actually. We loved the location, it was quiet as it was not surrounded by other hotels and restaurants, but it was only a 5 minute walk to the centre to choose where to eat. The pool was lovely, my favourite place! And in a really pretty grassy garden too. Just along the road, from outside the nearest restaurant, we caught a bus that took us up to North Gate (of the travertines) for 15 Lira each. This was a godsend! That way we did not have to walk up the travertine path as well as down it after being at the top. I would very much recommend Hotel Goreme.

The breakfast was ok but would have been better if freshly prepared.

The location is just spot on, literally a few minutes walk to the busy area and 5 minutes drive to Pammukale South Gate entrance. the check in and out is super smooth. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, also their little dog Popcorn. We didn't have the opportunity to try breakfast as we were up super early to visit Pamukkale but they prepared us some sandwiches and also gave us water for our journey back home. Overall it is a simple hotel perfect for a night or two if visiting Pamukkale.

The hotel was nice, not very big, but enough. It has a nice pool and it is very close to the Travertines (exactly what we wanted). The staff was great, very kind and polite and they helped us with the hot air balloon reservation - the best experience we had so far. The price included breakfast, but we left early in the morning, before it was served, because we had a long way until our next stop. If you want to visit the ancient city and the Travertines, this is the perfect stay!

They could have insisted a little bit with the cleaning - especially in the bathroom.

Fantastic location - a 7 min walk from the south gate, and the most wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and and had a beautiful view. If you get up around 5:45 am, you can see dozens of hot air balloons from the property, or walk to the end of the block for an even better view. The pool was also lovely.

Shower was missing a door panel and the bathroom door didn’t close, but it was just me, so not a big deal.

Pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Decent size. Bathroom basic but perfectly fine. Breakfast was basic but that’s pretty standard for midrange hotels in Turkey. The family owners were lovely and the position an easy walk to food and attractions

Shower head was hand held only because the wall bracket was broken so it wouldn’t hold it to the wall. Not a big issue but couldn’t stand under shower and wash, had to soap up then wash it off .

The family keeping the hotel makes you feel very welcome, and provided an easy airport pickup, as well as many information, what to do in the area. The pool has a good size and is very well maintained. The rooms are quite basic, but there is also an outdoor area, you can sit at. Overall very good value for money. And the pets are super cute

The experience in Pamukkale was excellent. I want to start by thanking the staff for their kindness, they welcomed us very well, they allowed us to choose the room, they allowed us to leave the room a few hours later, they prepared an excellent breakfast for us and in addition to all this, as if it were not enough, the receptionist accompanied us to the street to take the mini bus to go to Denizli. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Cotton Castle entrance and several restaurants.
