Swimming pool was very clean and there is a separate pool for toddlers. Apartments were also clean. There was a bar at the pool where you could get some drinks and snacks. Very good parking facility in the underground car park. Apartment was very spacey with a big balcony (we had a 3 bedroom) that had a nice view as well. The park is clean and perfect for children.

Interior was a bit outdated and broken here and there so needs an update/refresh. Apartments were also a bit noisy, could hear the neighbors upstairs walking now and then (didn't keep us awake btw). There should definetly be more supplies in the kitchen (pans, cutlery, knives, etc).

We had a wonderful stay at Arguineguín Park By Servatur VV. The apartment was lovely—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Being on the ground floor, it was convenient and had a nice outdoor area with a partial sea view, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The whole complex is well-maintained, and everything was in perfect condition. The location is great—peaceful yet close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria!

Location was tucked away but only 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Despite what other reviews said, we didn't feel the walk was hazardous. Although there was no pavement some of the way, the road was wife enough and the 40kph speed limit meant you could could cross relatively easily.

The parking space allocation didn't work. Constantly had other people parking in our car parking space and had go to reception multiple times to be assigned a new car parking space, which was annoying. The management didn't seem to take any action to resolve the problem. They could have left notes on cars that weren't parked correctly or contacted the car owners, since they took everyone's car reg plate number on check-in. We stayed for 2 weeks and the matter was not resolved.

Arguineguín Park By Servatur is tucked away at the end of a small valley. It consists of 286 apartments, with about half of them enjoying sunlight at any given time. Those with apartments on the west side face directly into the apartments of those on the east side. But aside from this, everything works perfectly. Everything is clean. You park in the basement below your apartment and roll your suitcase to an elevator that takes you to the floor where your apartment is located. Everything is new, and everything works. A major bonus: there’s an adults-only pool, where children are not allowed. There’s also a bar here.

We liked everything.

The apartments are clean, spacious and have amazing views! Spar on site is a huge bonus, and the little cafe at the front is also great. The pool bar and cafe is brilliant too! Rooms are wonderful. Living area and kitchen, huge balconies. We’ve been twice now as a group of friends and had two truly magical rooms - 462 is the best room in the complex, two bedrooms and massive balcony with sun all day long. It’s at the top of the complex, top floor. We requested this room again but they couldn’t accommodate it but gave us 241 instead - upgraded to a 3 bedroom and with a sunny morning balcony! It was great, just as good as 462. Pool areas are great. Little kids pool is 0.4/0.5 metres deep and main pool is clean and a decent size. The adults only infinity pool is super too, a wee relaxing space on the rooftop. Most staff were extremely helpful, the WhatsApp service is great as they reply almost immediately. Amazing. A few of the women front desk staff were quite rude, but all of the men couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for another superb stay!

The location is a bit rubbish. Scary walk to the front under an underpass, maybe they could build a safer route or sign post the route better, indicate the safest way to get there. It’s only a 10 min walk though. There isn’t much in Arguiniguin but we would come back for the apartments alone! Mogán is 5 mins in a taxi round the corner so plenty of great areas close by.

Probably the best self-catering accommodation we’ve encountered. Nice pool, a bit small for the size of the place, but it never got too busy, probably because there’s an adult-only pool which was quite busy with sunbathers. Loads of space, nice furnishings, good appliances, good cleaning, large balcony. Loved it. The Spar Express supermarket on site was very handy. Good range of stuff, except a limited range of mueslis. Open 0800-2100. The pool bar was nice. Better food than we expected, and we ate there 2 nights. Staff were pleasant.

Hard to find fault with the place, but if you put me on the spot: The toiletries provided were a couple of “gel” packets, which we decided was soap/shower gel. We hadn’t brought any as we assumed “toiletries provided” would be the usual shampoo & shower gel, and face soap. Anyway, it was not a big issue as we had a shop on-site. The location, a bit removed from the town, was both good and bad. We could walk to the town and beach (small) but one of us had a leg injury so we needed to use the car or get taxis to get to the restaurants. If you are not happy walking 15-20 minutes, it’s worth noting. The good part was, I suppose, more space and quiet.

Highly recommended. We booked here as a last minute stay and we were pleased to find it is exactly like the photos on the website. The apartments are modern and very clean. The kitchen has everything needed. We had a two bedroom apartment which was plenty of space as a family of four. The communal areas were very clean as well, everyday we saw staff cleaning the pool etc. There is a groceries store at the front of the hotel which has a good range of items as well as some sandwiches, ice cream and hot food. There is also a cafe by the pool. Undercover car parking was also provided. I would recommend a car if staying here or you will need to get taxis to go to restaurants etc. The location is quiet and peaceful.

Very nice and clean resort. spacious accommodation almost brand new facility. There are two pool's, one for adult only where you can relax. The resort is very well maintained and in a good location. 1KM walk to nearest beach and town. Having a car is benefitial, then all destinations in the south of Gran Canaria are very simple to reach. Free Parking is included and allows also close access to the apartment.

Actually not much. Both pools are a bit small, enough for cooling down but not suitable for real swimming. The small football pitch between the two apartment complexes is not a good idea. I would recommend to the management to overthink this idea. In the downfloor apartments it can become in general a bit noisy, sleeping should not be impacted since the sleeping room are towards the other side. But enjoying a relaxing time on the balcony depends on your neighborhood.

I loved the ambience, location, staff and how clean the property was. It was extremely comfortable. My family had a great time there.

I think the only down side would be the fact the pool closed at 6pm which for me I just couldn’t make sense of that as it was really hot and the only place to cool off was the pool.
