It was quiet and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. I was exhausted from driving and still had to attend a Rosary as soon as I changed clothes. The room was cool and inviting when I got back with my carryout supper. I could put my feet up and relax in the quiet. Loved the chairs outside on the little patio.

Felt a little dated. The shuffleboard court and whatever the large green painted or fabric covered space were off-putting.

our room was pool side so I sat outside and enjoyed the beautifully landscaped pool area. the beds were very comfy and the room was clean. (there is a musty smell but that is to be expected with the age of the Inn and the amount of rain they get in the area) but, I always stay here when in Kerrville. The Pub is nice and friendly with live music on Saturday nights.

if you are a senior citizen, and don't have little ones, you might want to consider staying here when school is in session if you want to enjoy the pool. but, it is a great place to bring the family!!

Quiet, and well-built, the room was a little past it's prime, but nice. The bed was comfortable. We used to come here back in the 90's when things were a bit more upscale, but it's still a very nice place to stay. We were just stopping for a night on our way home from visiting relatives in Tucson. Their buffet was always great, but they may have scaled down that feature. The food and service, however, were always excellent.

Bathroom was quite small. the carpet and upholstery needed shampooing.

Robin met me at the counter and checked us in. I had some questions concerning the town and things to do. She answered my questions and gave me some information to help. She informed me of the type of room we were staying in and told me that we would love it, and we did. She did a great job.

There was not anything that I didn't like about my stay. I would like to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and other facilities.

The hotel was very retro feel, rooms were big had double entry one leading to the pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, considering it was day after Thanksgiving, they still handled it well.. The staff was very warm. The property is right opposite papa Johns and other retail stores, including g walmart. In the bathroom, I found the soap creams were all European and not some cheap brands.

Lil on the higher side on the cost, but it's worth it.

Quiet, accessible from all directions, easy access for shopping, restaurants. Nice rooms.

Used restaurant only 1 time, bad experience, waited 10 minutes for coffee to be served and waited on. Ordered food and took 35 minutes for food to arrive. Told waitress I had almost given up on food, no reply. Only 3 tables occupied at time occurred. Heard another gentleman asking for coffee refill couple of times. After paying waitress had to wait additional 10 minutes for change and receipt. Decided to eat out instead of using hotels restaurant.

I liked the restaurant for daily breakfast. I like how comfortable rooms were.

I did not like how thin stairs were to my room 268 from parking lot. I felt very unsafe lugging one suitcase. I had to go back for second one. I wished for a jacuzzi, although the grounds surrounding the pool are lovely. If it had not been raining and cold, I would have been in the pool.

Property was well cared for, Room was neat and clean. Front desk and housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating.

I didn't like that the bathing area and the sink/vanity area was separate. After getting into the shower and preparing to wash my hair, realized the shampoo was outside the bathing area.

Very nice and unique. Beautiful grounds with lovely courtyard area. Room was awesome! We didn’t get to go to the bar but we had breakfast and that was really good.

Everything was nice. Front desk person was really nice and informative. She made us feel warmly welcomed! Hospitality is so important these days.

The hotel has its own restaurant and is also close to outside dining and shopping. The shower had an ample supply of hot water, and we got a good room rate for a 2 night stay.

The hotel needs updating. Walls are thin, and people passing by your room can be heard talking as well as footsteps going up and down the stairs. The bathroom only had 1 sink, a very small countertop and there were no grab bars in the shower for safety. A small refrigerator in the room was making a strange banging noise, and we had to unplug it so we could sleep. We notified the hotel staff that it needed maintenance.
