Richard was a lovely host, very accommodating and has a lot of great info on the area. The room was very nice and had about everything you could need, the tea and coffee selection was very good also! The location was nice and close to the Falls walking track and the shops.

Very little not to like, overall a very nice place to stay. Perhaps a couple of considerations could be the distance from what was a pretty busy road (we are from country Vic so traffic is not really a thing for us, most people probably wouldn't even notice the traffic) and the one thing we did find a little uncomfortable was the lack of a privacy blind on the door, which looks in on the room from the outside, including the bed and living area.

We appreciated the spacious grounds and the sheltered porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding vegetation. The property is adjacent to and a short walk from the Curtis Falls NP. The apartment, though somewhat dated, was comfortable and spacious.

The lack of natural ventilation. There are no windows in the bathroom and only the front door and one small window (both unscreened) that can be opened. There is an air conditioner but no overhead fans. Being close to a major road there was some traffic noise.

Thu unit was sparkling clean but unfortunately had a very strong air freshner perfume, cloyingly sweet. That was the only negative. The smell came from the floral arrangements and did improve on carefully moving them outside for the duration of our stay.

The location was excellent as we were a comfortable walk from Gallery Walk and North Tamborine shops and cafes. The Curtis Falls track was almost adjacent to the property.The interior heating was very efficient and quiet. Spacious with a very comfortable bed. Easy off street parking.

Was disappointed the front patio area was in need of an upgrade and a more comfortable space. We were not tempted to use the outdoor fireplace. A blind on the front door would improve the feeling of privacy and reduce early morning light. A variety of drinking glasses is lacking. A more visible well lit entrance would improve sighting of the property at night.

Freshly painted so the smell of paint have me a headache can’t open windows as no screens Property under construction atm so a bit of a mess outside. The room was over decorated with fake flowers teddys ornaments which made the room cluttered and left no room to put your stuff down.

The TV reception was poor for ABC and SBS-channels. There was no curtain or shade at the front door which impacted the privacy at night. Poor ventilation in the apt. After returning to the apt the air was quite stuffy.

The studio is in the perfect location. Facilities are great, warm and comfortable and a very homely feeling. We loved it. Hosts were so friendly and gave us some great tips for places to visit. Great spot for coffee only a couple of minutes walk, and the curtis falls walking track is directly behind the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

A very clean, efficient use of space. Very well equipped. Very nicely presented. Comfortable seating and bed. The location was central. Highly recommended.
