We did not get to stay here as Booking.com cancelled it as they said it was only now for permanent residence now so they transferred me to Mantra Sun City surface Paradise which was a little bit further out not by much, better apartment by far, check it out i would worth it, outside was very excellent. The room was roomy 2 TV's a bath and a shower in it. I would check this hotel out before this one. We got charged the same price as the other apartment because we got transferred their fault, but this one is a fraction dearer then Breakfree. You can catch the tram straight outside of the apartment

Can't tell you what I didn't like for BreakFree Cosmopolitan As I said we did not stop there it was Mantra Sun City apartment we stop at, so I'm rating the Mantra Sun City

Location was amazing Price was great

The roll away bed was horrible! The sheet for the roll away had Snap ECG Electrodes stuck in it (obviously from a hospital) and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Spoke to reception regarding both….nothing was done. Spoke to the cleaner the day after that, we were given a new sheet….still no conditioner…. Aside from that, our stay was great and the room was renovated and modern.

Close to Cavil avenue. Staff at reception very helpful. Helped to book movieworld tickets. Fully self contained, Woolworths accross the road. Very comfortable bed. Will stay here again.

Washing machine didn't work but staff helped me access another room to do washing. TV was on wrong position. Hit your head on it going outside.

The room was perfect, good-sized rooms, and had all the amenities. The view from the window in the bedroom I stayed in was lovely, and it had sliding doors that opened onto a balcony. The location was amazing, outside the hotel was the was the train and lots of shops. The beach was 5 minutes away from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends

Apartment was very well located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. The view from the balcony of the apartment was wonderful, great for people watching. Smart TV was good as was the wifi.

There was no air conditioning in my apartment, but the roof fans worked well. Many other apartments did have air conditioning. Well set up kitchen with pots, pans, plates and cutlery, but didn't have any bowls for cereal etc.

We had to put the rubbish outside.. This is the first place i have stayed where we were required to take the rubbish out before checkout. No washing powder was there for the washing machine.

locality is great, clean lovely units, staff were lovely… definitely be back.

We just love the View & the spacious Apartment We will come back to return at the Cosmopolitan at the end of hhe Year or every year.. Oh l was scared about the short railings outside porch to view outside .. It can be half or 3/4 up to chest the railings just that so no one can fall or esp children..that's only my opinion about the safety of iron railings is very short pls.. Actually l never even touch the railings... We Spend 5 nights there but was Beautifull indeed esp Night just watching seeing the View etc like m in Paradise. Location was great. Central. Close to the supermarket, restaurants, public transport (although I hired a rental). It had a washing machine & dryer. Very handy! Reception - professional & lovely.

As it is central you can hear the bustling nightlife, that's a given. It did interrupt an early night sleep. You need to that into account if you're a light sleeper.
