We got a text the day before asking if we wanted to upgrade, so at check in we took them up on the offer. 50% off of activities for nrma members. Our kids were so keen to stay and enjoy the resort they didn’t want to go to the theme parks. The park was wonderful, I would Highly recommend! We loved that the kids wreck room was open all day so they could go and colour in while we had a coffee.

The only thing that would of made the accommodation more comfortable would of been more toilet paper (we ran out the night before check out and reception was closed), a couple of extra bath mats (one cotton bath mat for 6 people doesn’t work) and another clothes horse! Being so close to the road there was a little road noise so we would probably be more selective with cabin choice next visit.

Absolutely great for safari tent clamping style accommodation. Loved that we had our own nice ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle aircon and a very comfortable bed. Suited our requirements really well for this short trip. It was also nice being on the creek side since the park is pretty much in the middle of busy suburbia.

Even though it had the capacity to sleep 4 (or 5 including the futon), the one room nature of the safari tent would be challenging to manage for some groups/families. The real benefit and value proposition of this park is in all the activities for kids. At nearly $300 per night it wasn't cheap..and canvas walls don't buffer park or traffic noise very well.

Loved the layout and gardens. The townhouse was excellent for our needs. Everything was comfortable. Very practical location and set up of the park. Appreciated shelter for car as well, as we had a garage with the townhouse during heavy rainfall. The spa facilities were lovely too. We have never stayed an at NRMA park before and it was far better than we anticipated. I would totally book here again. Great value for money.

Some surfaces such as light switches and bedside tables needed cleaning, though it didn't look it from far away, upon closer inspection they were filthy. We ended up wiping these down ourselves. Other than that, the road noise for the road facing bedrooms was the only issue.

Clean, found a blanket in the morning that l needed overnight. Situated a short walk from bistro was excellent for me and my 87 year old Dad. Meal was absolutely delicious and the lady who served us went above and beyond to make our dining experience even better. Thankyou to this lovely lady!! Excellent accommodation that suited us perfectly and not expensive or having to walk far from our car. I didn’t realise l needed my PIN code to get out the gate and put it in the bin. Another lady put her code in to let us out…phew. There was a line of cars behind me.

The variety of pools and splash parks are amazing. Lots of entertainment for a toddler with a toddler park and other playgrounds! The planned holiday time activities were more suitable for older kids but are definitely enticing us to come back when our child is older. Trivia was awesome and inclusive to anyone of any age.

The restaurant prices on their website do not match the actual prices. The accomodation that were close to the lagoon pools had people smoking on their balcony on multiple occasions and nothing was said to these people by the pool attendants (despite us seeing no smoking signs). It made it uncomfortable to swim in that pool but fortunately, we could go to the other pool :)

Loved the environment of the place! Such a family orientated set up! Also loved the shack where we could dine in to eat every night for dinner. Was a warm feeling meeting with family for dinner there, after being out shopping at harbour town for the day. The facilities and staff were of top tier. Friendly. And approachable. Loved the location as it is central to Surfers Paradise, grocery stores, Harbour town & theme parks. Cannot wait for our return. Until then. Really miss this place.

The bistro on-site had great food and drinks and was a lovely atmosphere. There were multiple pools, minigolf and lots of activities to keep kids busy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen utensils were well-supplied. Walking distance to supermarket. Although on a busy road it was not too noisy though we were in a cabin near the road.

The bed was super soft and hence not comfortable. It was really busy so the pools were full of kids and there was nowhere to get away from the hordes of kids - it was the start of summer school holidays so we expected it to be busy but would have been nice to have a kid-free area for those needing some respite!

Staff were absolutely amazing! Bubbly and extremely helpful polite and engaging best staff ive ever come across on a holiday. Facilities provided were fantastic and room Towels topped up when we needed them wothout a hassle. Besides the restaurant being un availsble for most of our stay (besides lunch but we were out everyday sight seeing) this place was 10/10 facility wise our kids loooooooved it

Restsurant was not availabLe almost all of our stsy for breakky and dinner what was devastating as we were lookimg forward to a hot breakky everyday and dinner with extended family in the bisrtro while kids played at night. Was pretty bad to get this comminicated to us on arrival day. So we had to out source our food only other thing id suggest is doonas for the bed. We were very cold at night with just a sheet and a wardrobe blanket

The actual park and facilities in the park are amazing. The organised activities are fantastic and the staff who run them are great. Grandkids had the time of their lives and we would definitely go back.

Unfortunately our townhouse was infested with small brown cockroaches and despite the staff spraying, they were just everywhere - cupboards, stove, dishwasher and even got into loaves of bread and biscuits. Also, this townhouse sleeps 8 but there is no way you could cook a meal for 8 with the tiny pots and pans made available. And.... being the house at the end of the strip, next to the river, it was the hang out for unsupervised kids late at night who climbed the fence and screamed and swore until all hours. DON'T book townhouse 450!

The room was fresh and modern, the location was handy to theme parks. The kids activities were mostly free and regular. The girls running the bingo and trivia were great.

The go karts and things like soccer goals, mini golf and balls are tired and difficult to use. The pools are also a bit tired and cold. The restaurant was handy but could use a more diverse menu. A family rec room would be good with pool tables etc.
