Clean and quiet at night. Bed was very comfy as was the small curved couch. Would stay again as location was very good. Restaurants nearby as well as donut shop and ice cream place. Easy access to beach.

Banging in hallway by housekeeping around 10pm. They were yelling at each other from hall into room during morning hours when some guests are still resting. Front desk staff was polite but not very friendly. Some ignored guests as they left thru front door and didn't thank them for staying. They were pleasant but very matter-of-fact with people checking in. This needs to be corrected.

There was nothing not to like, everything about location, hotel, atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. When I think of my happy place, i imagine walking through the parking lot of the hotel, everyone we pass waves, with polite gestures, the salty Wind blowing our concerns around until they've left us truly. Enchanting sounds of water crashing onto the shore, just to become a calmness as it is forcefully sucked back to sea. All is a calmness one needs to feel in his her life to reach absolute relaxation 😌 ✨️

I loved how close it was to the beach and to other restaurants in the area. I also loved how spacious the rooms were and the pool area and exercise room.

Housekeeping didn't come by on their scheduled day. Only gave us 3 towels when there were 4 guests. I didn't like how the bistro/coffee area was closed in the middle of the day.

The room was clean, stocked well with towels, and the air conditioner worked very well.

I noticed our first morning in the room. One of the coffee packets was opened, and missing a regular coffee packet with sugar and the stirrer. Maybe an oversight with housekeeping. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay.

Management was responsive to my disappointment over TV not working — made a satisfactory adjustment to our one night stay room rate. Location perfect.

TV didn’t work. No coffee in lobby/cafe except mealtime hours. Water pressure very poor in room. HVAC system in room delays unit fan start nearly 5 minutes when thermostat is changed. Makes guest assume it is also not working.

We booked this last minute and pleased with the availability and price. The beds were comfortable. I liked that it was a close walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We drove to restaurants but not too far. There is a restaurant called cafe eleven right down the road which was outstanding.

It’s in a great location, room was clean, beds were comfy. We had an unexpected ocean view on the top floor. Stbxs coffee in the lobby was a welcomed addition to our weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is older and the wear is showing in the rooms/bathrooms. This hotel definitely lacks a sufficient amount elevators.

location, near a lot of restaurants. about 15 mins walk to the pier. clean. we had a 2 queen bedroom, very good bathroom. Wi-Fi is good for our needs (browsing..), as mobile carrier coverage was poor in the area.

nothing particularly. sometimes we wished location were closer to the pier as that’s where we spent our time, though it’s less than 5 mins by car. a/c was good on fan only as we stayed during since winter season, no comment there. easy to use, fair regular sound typical of hotels of this nature. you’ll need to pay extra for faster internet though we didn’t need to. no breakfast, there is a Starbucks-ish coffee and food at the lobby. we didn’t try their dinner so cannot judge, lots of restaurants in the area so didn’t matter really. wish it was cheaper (677$ including tax for 2 nights for a 2xqueens bedroom), though we arrived at high season New Year’s Eve so understandable.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my room with the pool view. The water was hot at all times of the day and the beds were comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants.

No microwave in the room.
