Very modern and nice rooms, clean, friendly staff and great breakfast! If you want to go hiking / skiing in the mountains, the cable car station is right next to it.

Rooms don‘t have air conditioning which was uncomfortable during our stay in summer. The hotel is located right opposite a bar that had loud music / a band playing there at one night. We had the room facing this bar which was a bit annoying. If you don’t like that, ask for a room not facing the parking lot.

Very welcoming and accomodating hotel with GREAT staff (from reception to restaurant to cleaning!) and a very good breakfast and dinner option. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend to families with small children. If hotels feel like a challenge with young ones, this hotel will take away that worry.

Combination of a heath wave and no AC was challenging, but this is partly external and also subordinate to the overall experience.

Nicely furnished apartment style room with balcony. Very clean and modern. Room well-equipped and bed comfortable. Reasonable rates. Friendly check-in. Large town- plenty of shopping places.

Our navigation brought us around the back and a small alley without signs led to the hotel. Glad it was still during daylight. Entrance to lobby also not clear but it was through the restaurant area. Tired travelers could use some signs!! Minor issue really🙂.

Amazing stay in Lienz , the staff are friendly, welcoming and looking for your comfort. Room are large and the beds are comfortable We had dinner at the restaurant, I loved everything they presented and staff also friendly. Breakfast great especially with freshly baked croissants and pastries, they serve egg according to your request, the staff are nice since the offered chicken mortadella when we discovered that one is pork and we don't eat it and they prepared it next day They have spa but i didn't tried it due shortage of time I highly recommend this hotel

On the edge of the town but a good overnight stop if you are planning an early start for the sensational drive across the Grossglockner Pass - as we were. Quiet, comfortable and clean with excellent service from friendly staff. Lovely food. Plenty of choice at breakfast and our dinner was very good indeed and very well presented. Indeed, it was the best meal we had at any of the hotels we stayed at during our week in Austria

The entrance to the hotel is from a car park in front of the ski lift. Very quiet and a bit drab in Summer. But our bedroom had a lovely view over the town with some impressive mountains behind.

All the staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. The apartment was spacious, especially for disabled guests, and had excellent quality. Great location for walking and driving. Views were stunning. Great location if skiing too.

The hot weather really affected the temperature inside the apartment, but a fan helped to move the air around, and it was lovely to be able to eat al fresco for breakfast and in the evening.

Arrived there after a wet ride on my bike and they offered to dry my gear for me, this was a great help. Rooms where of a decent size and very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and this was also very good, food and ambience. Would certainly go back there.

Just the one small fly in the ointment, the room had a wasser kocher, and a cafetiere with the coffee in some strange looking pods. I left this to the morning but alas didn't manage to work it out, some instructions would have been helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread, scrambled eggs were delicious. Bed is large and comfortable. Rooms are clean.

Parking is limited, if you return to the hotel at midday there will unlikely be lots available as the hotel is next to the ski lift. There are hotel only lots but those are also limited. We came back mostly after 5pm and there was no problems with parking

Lovely newer hotel. Great if you are a skier as it is right next to a chairlift. Big spacious apartment. Modern. Coffee and tea making things in the apartment. Restaurant meal was pricey but fantastic!

They had very thick duvae's on the beds which were very hot in Summer. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing.

Stayed in a nice 2 bedroom suite/ apartment that would be perfect with kids. Second bedroom was bunkbeds.

Hmm…not in an attractive place from the front, but next to the gondola cars up the mountain and with nice Mountain views from the rooms.
