Our stay at this hotel in Doha was absolutely amazing. First of all, huge thanks to Anel, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to her, we even got a room upgrade with a beautiful sea view, which made our experience even more special. I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a private beach and an excellent location, close to shopping malls and other attractions. In short, we made the perfect choice, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

We had initially booked two separate rooms for our group of five, and to our delight, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a beautiful five-person apartment with two bathrooms and a breathtaking view — all at no additional cost. The service was exceptional, and two staff members in particular made my stay extra special. At breakfast, Chaimae was warm, attentive, and always smiling. She ensured everything was perfect and went out of her way to accommodate any request with genuine care and professionalism. It was a pleasure to start each morning being greeted by her friendly energy. Omar at front-of-house reception was equally impressive. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and efficient. He made check-in seamless. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton.

Unfortunately the WiFi did not work in my room (11) and neither did the TV. I did have an ongoing issue with the WiFi, which unfortunately let the experience down. Despite raising the problem multiple times, it wasn’t resolved during my stay. This was frustrating, especially when trying to work or stay connected while traveling. I ended up buying data which I wasn't reimbursed for. That said, the staff did their best to assist and offered me another room (35) during the end of my stay. As they offered me a floor higher than mine I refused as I figured the WiFi was unlikely to work.

We had a large, spacious room with a beautiful view and very comfortable beds. We really appreciated the sofa bed for our 7 year old and the washing machine/dryer came in really handy for us at the end of a four week trip. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us - from the front desk to the housekeeping manager and teams. Breakfast was fabulous and well worth the money! And the pool area and bar is terrific.

It’s hard to find fault - the only negative we experienced was the Sol Lounge not serving food/drink at the beach though this is due to it being new and awaiting a licence currently.

Hotel experience is exceptional! Very friendly helping staff, very comfortable stay, great Kitchen.. what can I say.. definitely I will book again. Details in everything in the room is upscale. I booked the superior studio on the 29th floor and the balcony view, seating was something else. It was my first time for me visiting Qatar and i can confidently say the hotel played a big role in wanting me to visit Qatar again at the nearest time! I highly recommend.

The parking building could’ve been more convenient if there was an elevator specially for families, kids & elderly, where exit stairs would be non comfortable for them to use. There are entrances direct to hotel from higher parking levels but unfortunately not utilized. Could’ve been more comfortable, customer happy if this option was there.

The location and views from the hotel are excellent (we got a room with view to the Pearl). The hotel staff is very helpful and really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Particular shout out to the guys working at the pool bar - they were all excellent. The food from the buffet is nice. On saturday we got to enjoy a Family Fiesta day that apparently happens every Saturday and it was the absolute best - food carts, music, inflatable for the kids, package with all-inclusive drinks and food, etc. We were coming from a horrible experience at another hotel in Doha and this hotel really managed to change our holiday vibes around. The hotel and rooms are not the most luxurious or spacious, but the price reflects that and the good energy and experience you get in exchange is really worth the trade.

Pool could have been warmer. Maybe for the hot days is perfect but it was quite chilly now in January and a bit difficult for our kid to enjoy the water as it was not really warm as expected.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Doha The Pearl! From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly helpful and accommodating—special shoutout to Widad and the kind male staff (I forgot his name, but he seems to be Chinese or Nepali—he was so professional and warm). One thing that really stood out was their WhatsApp guest service, which was impressively active. The staff named Nikita assisted us throughout our stay. She was quick to respond to all our queries—even when the bathtub’s hot and cold water wasn’t working properly, she immediately arranged for someone to come and fix it. Truly excellent service! The breakfast buffet was fantastic—so many fresh options, international selections, and delicious pastries. It really made our mornings extra special. All the staff across the hotel—from housekeeping to restaurant servers—were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. The whole experience felt smooth, relaxing, and luxurious. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely come back! 💯✨
