It was exceptional value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they realised we English couldn't live without our teamaking , a machine was quickly installed in our room. Room service was daily and the towels changed. Altogether the cleanliness was impeccable. An amazing breakfast was available at a very cheap rate . There was a huge choice. A very clever fresh orange juice machine was installed which peeled and extracted the juice on the spot. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. We were able to enjoy free WiFi. We loved being in a small town totally immersed in Spanish culture Restaurants were pretty good especially Nonos which was closest to the hotel. Plenty of snack bars and Chinese emporiums. The beach was stunning and totally uncommercialised.

The hotel was about 6 kilometres from the beach and Alicante city. There was no bus to the beach in winter to the beach bus plenty of taxis were about which cost about 7 euros. Very frequent buses went to Alicante city which only cost 1.45 euros a trip. A taxi to the airport cost 31 euros. If you are addicted to British Tv you may be disappointed.

Everything was perfect room are clean and they comming everyday to change the bed and towels . Staff is verry kind and helpfull . Antonio from the reception is a really sweet , kind and patient guy. And the other staff too . everyone was polite and friendly and made us feel good

Staff and Breakfast were excellent. Hotel was very accommodating to all our needs especially with our baby.

Weekend nights were quite noisy. The walls are quite thin. Staff had to intervene in one room for the excessive noise.

Nice and pleasant staff, speaking good English. Hotel clean and tidy, well located close to many local bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a good stay.

Lack of vegetables at breakfast, same meals every morning

Staff very polite and they provide all the info we need. The hotel is placed in the center of the village San Juan with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around. Very nice. Quiet place.

The WiFi was awful! The slowest I've met in the last years ... Climatisation system function only after 18,00 and stops between 1,30-5 AM! We were here in February 6 degrees during the night. Concrete floor - take your sleepers.

We had been robbed on the motorway 20 mins before arriving at hotel. The duty receptionist, Beatrix Dominguez, advised we go straight to the police. Her English was excellent so she phoned and explained what had happened. She calmed me down, was extra caring and kind and she made what was a horrible experience more bearable. My husband and I can't thank her enough for being 'her' as she is such an asset to the hotel. We wish this lovely young lady the very successful career she deserves.

Whilst it's brilliant to have parking available, getting out required a lot of manoeuvring because of the very steep exit route.

Lovely large room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff. Ideal location. Underground parking is a must! Good value . Would stay here again .

No bar in the hotel. Not a problem really as there are several along the road.

Hotel is located about 5km from the Alicante center easily accessible by the bus that runs every 10min. Located in nice old district that lets you feel a bit more Spanish culture than like in typical holiday resort. Nice breakfast, rooms are ok.

The nearest beach (2,5km) is difficult to get there by any other way than on foot or by car. There is no carsharing, city bikes, shared scooters or even uber or bolt in the city. Crazy. Otherwise no cons regarding the hotel itself.

The location is right in San Juan centre, which is great if that's where you want, but it's a 3km walk to the beach which is quite far. There was a light switch on the beds headrest right under the pillows, which kept getting pushed accidentally whilst trying to sleep

Nice small hotel, located at the main street of the local town. Nice atmosphere and good breakfast. Easy access and well connected if you like to go to the beach or the Golf curses.
