The hotel is located in the heart of Wroclaw, with Market Square (the main square) right behind it. The hotel's strategic location allows customers to reach major attractions and restaurants, such as the Hard Rock Cafe, on foot and save on transport in the process. There is also a tram stop near the hotel from where you can reach other places of interest, including the Zoo. Regarding the hotel facilities, my partner and I truly enjoyed breakfast, which included a wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes, cheeses, fruit, croissants, local bread, honey and chocolate cream, scrambled eggs, and so much more. As far as our accommodation is concerned, the staff was very helpful on several occasions. When we had a credit card issue caused by our bank, they lent us all the support we needed.

Breakfast and location was the best.

The room in the hotel was not good because it was Without the window. Nobody at reception asked me if it will be ok for me to have the room without any window. It was like in the closed cage. I felt very uncomfortable. And in the morning I didn’t know if it is already morning or still the night. Besides not having any windows we had to use the air conditioner all the time and I don’t like using air conditioning. I really felt badly. This is 4 stars hotel. In my opinion the hotel should ask if I accept room without window.

Very comfy bed, great location, very good service - especially Bogdan who was assisting with breakfast in the first 5 days! Extremely polite and well mannered young man!😃 We've also had a dinner on our last day in hotel restaurant and it was lovely too. 👍

I stayed in many hotels in Wrocław during my birthday in the past, and it was always acknowledged in some way. Grand City was informed that it will be my 50th birthday before we travelled and it would have been nice if there was a card,, bottle of wine or some chocolates left for us to find in the room (like in other hotels). On our last day (we've stayed there 7 nights) we decided to pay for 3 extra hours to go straight to the airport on our check out - this could have been complementary. A little perks always make the difference. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice, excellent location next to the Market Square and the room was a high standard and clean.

There is a bar across the road and it was VERY noisy on one of the nights we were there, with people shouting - nothing the hotel can do - just worth being aware of this. The pillows weren't very good - more like big soft cushions with no real support. The breakfast was very expensive - £15/£16 (it said £13 on Booking.com when we booked, though even that is expensive)

The hotel had a lovely reception area, and staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely freshened up each day. The location was great - barely a stone's throw from the main market square - and despite the central location the hotel was lovely and peaceful.

Our only gripe was with the privacy of the en suite bathroom. The bathroom itself was great - if a little dark - but rather than a solid door, it was separated from the room by a frosted sliding glass screen, with a hole in for a handle that was right at eye height, next to the toilet, when closed. My partner is considerably less shy than me but even he felt uncomfortable with this!

Hotel is Really comfortable. Great location. Staff are really helpful. Day before I was due to arrive I messaged the hotel asking for a stool for the shower as I’d fractured my foot and they responded almost immediately and upon checking into the room they had accommodated me with a shower stool to use. Also they allocated my daughter and her partner a room right next to ours so we were super pleased.

You can hear some noise from one end of the hotel from the Shisha and shot bar outside but it’s just people having a good time. It didn’t disturb me myself but other people in our party were disturbed by it.

The hotel was hard to find as there are so many one way streets in Old Town Wroclaw. Even though we were just a couple of blocks from the hotel no one I asked could help us with the hotel name or its address. It also looked like the hotel sign was being replaced so the lack of the large sign also did not help. Hotel staff when checking in was not very friendly. The day staff seemed nice. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was in a garage a couple of blocks away. The location was great - just a short walk to the rynek.

The location was superb and the bed was SO comfortable. The room was pretty spacious too. The staff were very helpful.

My room faced the street and it was very noisy. I checked to see if the windows were closed properly as it sounded like they might have been ajar, but they were properly closed and it was still very loud. The partying and music was apparently because Monday night is student night, so if you're staying there on a Monday, ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

The hotel was lovely and clean with very decent sized rooms. Staff nice and very helpful.

Unfortunately we couldn’t turn on any airflow or air con for the room and it was extremely hot, 30 degrees outside which made for a very hot and sweaty room. We had to open all the windows with a bar right outside that had people in the street singing till 6am so we had very little sleep.

Great location, directly at the beginning of the old town. The garage is only about 3 minutes of walking away from the hotel. It’s a huge garage with a lot of space also for bigger cars. The rooms and hotel itself seemed newly renovated, no damages could be observed. Even though our room was directed to a main pedestrian street, you could barely hear anything. Breakfast was delicious, with enough options for everyone. Not too small not too big buffet. The staff was very friendly.
