The staff and hotel were very good, the breakfast range was also very good, check in man was very helpful, advising where we could visit.

Parking is shared seemingly with the supermarket and DHL shop, there is an underground carpark (free), we were helped in parking 2 motorcycles safely in front of the hotel. Dortmund is having ongoing major motorway/highway works,

Great location, accessible by foot, bus and 3 minute away the metro station that connects you with main central station or city center. Also 15 min walk from Westfalenpark, great relaxing park.

We paid double of the usual price due to Euro2024 while the room had basic facilities, no minibar, no slippers and no face or hand towel just the bath one to be used for everything.

For our needs the location was good, we had a parking space in front of reception where 2 motorcycles cycles were in veiw, its a public area. Check in staff really helpful, great breakfast range.

If you're not lucky enough to park in front of the hotel there's a free carpark at the rear shared with the supermarket.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was broad and delicous. Also the cleaning service is really nice and i had no issues with noise from other guests. Also there's a grocery store 5m away from the hotel entrance

That the tv's couldn't connect to youtube or Prime video so i could watch something in english.

We arrived quite late so we were greeted by the wonderful night manager. Very friendly and helpful guy. I wish all hotel staff were like him. The hotel bar is nice and it offers a nice varietyof drinks and food. Room is great for a night or two. Parking was indeed available and free. Nice supermarket next door.

Bathroom could be better. The water from the shower runs all over because there is no barrier for it. The mattress protection is awful, it warms you and it makes moving during sleep very loud. But I guess that’s a thing in all the hotels of this price range.

Overall Ibis interior design is pretty nice, the location is good. The staff is amazing, polite, helpful, attentive and supportive.

The room was too dark, it was on the 1st floor and there was no enough sunlight and the existing sourse of light were too weak. Also not enough sitting space for two people in the room, an extea chair would be nice

Everything was fine. The room was quite small, but there was everything we needed. We also had a breakfast at the hotel and my it was fine. Fresh waffles were the best. My son accidentally broke a dish and first he was sad, but the weitress was very kind, thank you for this

The guy that got us check in was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and when we came down to ask him about the public transport he took the time to help us figure out what we needed to buy. The room was small but cozy everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Basic, but recently renewed hotel well located not far from the city centre. Good access to underground parking. Clean and practical. Efficient check-in and check-out procedures.

Bed comfort was not to my liking, the rooms are on the small side, but still happy with the value.
