Our room was in Tower 1. It was a nice big room. The automatic lights under the night stand was a clever touch. Our king bed was comfortable too. We had fun playing the slots and winning just enough to play for quite awhile each time.

Our bathtub-toilet area needed repairs. It wasn't that it was just the tile was outdated but it was cracked and chipped. And put a soft close toilet seat while your at it. The sink/ vanity are was a good size for 2 and clean too. We at at the noodle restaurant for dinner and it was awful. My Mongolian beef was greasy and had a rancid taste to it. No one cares if you don't like something. You still. Have to pay. Our drinks on the casino floor were wrong along with being watered down and over priced. Again, who cares just suck it up! I mean who puts cherries in a rum and coke? Especially when a line is specifically asked for! And do you know how to make a gin and tonic? It's made with gin not vodka! The soda was syrupy too. Stick with water.

This was a last minute booking enroute from Yosemite to LA. It was such a relief to find such a beautiful hotel, with many food options, very comfortable and quiet rooms as well as helpful, friendly staff. I have travelled to the USA on multiple occassions and I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the USA and very good value for money. Also security was top notch - checked our passports/ID everytime we wanted to get to our room. Heaps of parking available in main carpark but also can have valet parking.

Location - not really close to anything we wanted to see but no reason to go anywhere once we were there it had all the facilities and food options available for a great stay.

In advance, we read some complaints about the rooms and the smell of smoke. However, we did not experience this; the room was free of any smoke odor, and the beds were comfortable. Also, the security in the hallways was a point of concern in some reviews, but we actually found it to be a positive aspect; it provides a sense of safety. Parking is free. The Wi-Fi is fast. It’s close to Yosemite, all the staff are super friendly, and the food was good. We will definitely be coming back here!

Yosemite was a bit farther than we had anticipated.

Pool and all the grounds were very nice. The entire staff was also very nice. Security was excellent but maybe a big over the top. The two restaurants we frequented had excellent food at competitive prices.

Security was a bit much having to show ID every time you went up to your room. Also did not like the tobacco smoke smell of the casino and common areas around the grounds. The signs said no smoking yet many did.

I loved the surrounding area, nestled in the Sierra Nevada made it a picturesque retreat. Quite a hike though to Yosemite. Took us almost 2 hours, further than I thought. Rooms are a good size, clean and have full amenities. Beds are comfortable, loved the counter space below the TVs. The pool was excellent. Beautiful views, nice hot tub.

I was very disappointed that the hotel isn't truly smoke-free. The casino is connected, but since it doesn't have its own entrance, you can smell the smoke in the hotel lobby and restaurants. There are tons of smokers in the casino! I took a sandwich outside to eat, but then smokers were out there too. Also, any hotel guests under 21 needs to be supervised while staying there because they don't want them wandering in the casinos where alcohol is served. So if you have teens, they'll need you to accompany them at all times to/from the room and there's a security checkpoint near the elevators to show ID. It should be called an "adult-only" hotel. I wish we would have known.

I liked the casino, it was clean. The rooms are a bit dated and the tub/shower seemed a little older and dated. The towels were a little rough but other than that the staff was super friendly everywhere and the vibe was good.

Chino our Bell hop was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, informative, hospitable and overall has an outstanding awareness of customer service. We we so bummed to know he was off on Wednesday we were hoping to get a little more Brooklyn influence! I hope this employer knows Chino is a diamond in the rough!

We didn’t win anything and money went so fast we didn’t get to play and enjoy the casino really. We win in Palm fester casino and we will return there, to play our money lasts longer at least if we aren’t going to win we can play for awhile!

Room was huge with separate bedroom and living room area. Same with Bathroom two separate bathrooms. Excellent service once I reached there, Staff was very polite and helpful. Really nice view from the window. Watching Sunrise from the room was breathtaking.

Room was good, but all the doors in the room were making loud squeaking sound. They were loud enough to wake sleeping person. Main areas in room ware clean but it seemed like room hadn't been rented in a while so some area/corner were a tiny bit dusty.

Loved the pool and cleanliness and not far walk to other side of casino for food and pool.

The entire main floor and the hallways of hotel rooms smelled of cigarettes. Luckily the rooms themselves did not smell of cigarettes and were clean.

Clean room, great views, had all you needed in room, iron/board, blow dryer.

Excessive walking to everything, Most everything was closed until 5pm??, Needed more mirrors in rooms. Pool and spa area stuffed with children and to loud to relax or enjoy.
