The location was walkable to many restaurants, retail and the metro. I didn't plan it since I'm not a baseball plan , but it was fun being able to walk across street to Target Field and catch a game.

Not a fault of Sonders, but we had places we wanted to venture outside of the loop area, generally 10-12 miles away. Without a car we had a sizable number of Uber charges. The metro sometimes could get us there but often times doubled or triples the travel time. One more quibble, the window blinds are sheer, so if you're a black out shade kinda of person, you might have some difficulty. Our room faced a high rise that had construction and we could see the construction lights on through the blinds all night

Apartment facilities were exactly what was described. All amenities one could hope for a comfortable stay were available and in good working condition and clean. Apartment was cosy. What I appreciated was extra thoughtful items like ground coffee provided to make the stay more comfortable including dishwasher pods. Bathroom toiletries were also very good. Location was also excellent. Balcony was great for sitting outdoors.

My previous stay in Sonder at Prospect Park, extra thoughtful pantry items like cooking oil, salt and pepper were available which was not the case at this property. I also felt that a little extra crockery and cutlery would have been nice. I also felt that lighting was inadequate in the living room/dining room. As in the previous Sonder, water pressure in the showers could be better.

The location across the street from Target Field and the train station is extremely convenient. The blue line train takes you directly to the airport. Buses that take you to major attractions are a few minutes walk away. The room was a decent size with a kitchen and even had a washer and dryer unit (though we did not use). The gym on the 18th floor was beautiful and well-equipped, as was the lounge space. The neighbourhood also has lots of great dining options and a lovely used book store.

The bed was too soft for my liking, but this is a personal preference. I imagine that if there’s a baseball game, the view from the lounge would be fantastic, but the noise could be quite loud.

Beware of parking. The parking garage says it will do 3 or 5 day passes but when we went to pay they wanted to charge $240 for three days as opposed to $82. Park on the street and pay max of $30/day. Have no fear we did not pay the outrageous fee(we complained and they comped us); however, just highly recommend you forego using the parking garage. Street parking is much easier and in the end cheaper

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the facilities in the building were amazing, particularly the pool and gym. Location was an easy walk to downtown, and to Whole Foods etc. The views from the lounge were remarkable; I was just disappointed not to be able to access the outdoor terraces. Overall, this was excellent value for money and ideal for a short work trip to Minneapolis. [One note - Uber had a weird location for the building. Two separate drivers initially took me to the back, lower level, before realising the directions were wrong (just double check the destination is N 5th St if you book one).]

My key code did not let me access the terraces. I sent a message through Booking.com about this, and did not receive a reply. I noticed another guest having the same issues. The pool only opens mid-morning, so no opportunities for an early morning swim (but it was lovely in the evening!).

Loved the size of the apartment, bathroom and huge dressing room were great. The balcony was great too with a pretty good city view

When I arrived the code didn't work on the door but staff were very helpful in trying to sort that out. They had to give me a fob in the end but it worked out fine in the end. The car park booking was an issue for us with a non-US mobile number but the staff were super helpful and the carpark is not their remit. Just something to note for anyone outside the US

The property was brand new and beautiful. I struggled for a minute finding it, but after that everything was great. The apartment/room was well appointed, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The 18th floor had a beautiful lounge with an incredible view of Target field, not to mention a sauna, gym and working spaces for me and the laptop. If you are going to a Twins game this is THE place to stay as it's just a quick walk across the street to the stadium.

My driving directions let me down, but Sonder provided an app with 24/7 text/call ability to someone who directed me.

Everything was amazing! We ended up staying an extra night. The interior design from lobby to the suites were gorgeous. The suite itself if massive. We even had a balcony, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in closet, as well as a coat closet. I also really enjoyed the ice maker included in the fridge. Even the coffee provided was amazing! The location is right across from Target Field, and walking distance to so many bars, restaurants and venues! We didn’t have that much interaction with the staff, but all the staff we did encounter were kind, polite and very helpful.

Everything exceeded our expectations!

Good central location on the edge of the trendy North Loop neighbourhood and literally right next to Target Field (for baseball). The facilities are pretty amazing - from a spacious lobby with a free coffee machine (dispensing great bean to cup coffee) and a 18th floor workspace/chillout zone/pool/terrace/gym/sauna. Pretty jealous of the actual residents who get to live in this building as it is a great set up with fantastic views.

The immediate area can feel a bit quiet and could potentially be unnerving for anyone walking alone at night, but it seems like most people in MSP take taxis/drive point to point.

I liked the balcony. The sheets and the bed were great. It was clean and the internet worked good. Nice hot shower. There was free coffee which I did not partake of. The only problem was the lack of parking provided by the hotel. I parked on the street and my car got towed, ouch. Ultimately, I figured out its best to park at ramp C --$5 a day on weekends.

the lack of parking, no other problems come to mind. The location was good, across from the baseball stadium, so petty quit when nothing was happening there.
