I love the proximity to the Light Rail and the Eisenmann Center. I appreciated the "discount" on the parking since it is very expensive in that entire city block. Staff were responsive and kind when I needed a room change. Beautiful pool and warm whirpool.

Breakfast is too expensive at $20. Parking should be included. DOor between Pool and changing rooms was not wrking both directions.

Love the customer service and hospitality. Joe at the Bar, availability of elevators. Mr. Lawrence, the bfast crew awesome.

728 The room- towel in the bathroom with hairs on it, hanging in shower and a razor cap on the soap dish, lamp on the window side of bed not working. Pillows sub standard. Ironing board cover past workout.

Very beautiful and right off the highway. It’s also pet friendly and that’s a very big deal to us.

The air conditioner in our room said it was 62° but there’s no way it was that cool. Our room never got nice and cold. We were there because we had lost electricity in our home due to a storm. We were really wanting a much cooler AC.

Clean large room, serviced daily. A small coffee kit is available in the room. Good amenities, although I didn't try the pool. Breakfast buffet with good options, topped by the a la carte options. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Location and Cleanliness

The one in charge of the buffet, removed the meat selections during breakfast, her reasoning is too many flies. I complained about this. This hotel is a 4 stars hotel they need to do something about it instead of depriving us of the food. This hotel is expensive we expect above average service. The manager didn't addressed the issue.

Mostly everything was perfect my mother in law and I stayed there the whole time while my husband was playing paintball the food is delicious most of the staff was super friendly.

To get in the club lounge you have to lay $25 extra a night

When I first walked in it was immediate that the hotel was immaculately clean. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. Our concierge was very nice and has EXCELLENT Customer Care. I told him we were on a trip for my Husbands birthday and he upgraded our room and gave us a lovely view! The glass elevator ride to the 10th floor was super fun and smooth. We were very excited to see the room as EVERYTHING leading to our room had been great. The room was no different! We loved our room and all the fixtures and trendy decor. If I could have taken the bed home. I would have! After a long day of adventure in Dallas I had the best sleep I have had in a while. The Hotel was also very quiet 💖 I will most definitely be booking again for our next trip.

Beautiful room and lobby helpful and friendly staff

Getting in and out of the property wasn't the easiest considering road work and proximity to major roadway

I was really surprised at just how nice the property was. The hotel was super clean and new looking. It's convenience to the light rail just outside the side door was awesome to get us to the Dallas Stars hockey game! Great experiance!

The only negative we had was the pillows on the bed. They went FLAT within a few minutes of laying on them causing neck pains and (since I am a side sleeper) numbness in my arms. On any future stays, we will bring our own pillows.

Hotel seemed to be fairly new. If not, it is VERY well kept.

I didn't take the time to learn how to handle the cost of the parking garage. I ended up paying 22.50 for one night of parking. I believe it would've been included in the room cost, or significantly discounted, but I was in a hurry at that point and didn't want to go back into the hotel.
