Nice and modern apartment with a great view on the Black Sea! Comfortable and close to everything around! Superb staff! We spent five nights in an apartment one bedroom with sea view on the 10th floor! I highly recommend it with no hesitation!

The only thing worth mentioning is that even if the apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine you need to buy your own detergent because it is not included!

Excellent Apartment Hotel – Great Stay! We loved our stay at this modern and super clean apartment hotel. Everything felt new and fresh, with a stylish design. Our 5th-floor apartment had a beautiful balcony with a direct sea view – absolutely stunning! The place is fully equipped, including a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. The location is perfect – steps from the beach, across from a lovely lake and park, and right by the dolphinarium. Everything was spotless and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Note: Housekeeping isn’t included by default – extra cleaning or towel/linen changes are available for an additional fee.

We originally planned to stay just one night, but the place was so clean, comfortable, and the service was so great that we decided to stay another night. We booked an extra night, and since we went out for the day, we asked if we could leave our luggage there. The staff was super kind and organized everything perfectly—it was all waiting for us when we got back. Later, we received our new room (we also got a Booking upgrade from lake view to sea view), but we didn’t really like it—it was on a low floor and had two single beds pushed together. We went to the reception, explained the situation, and they were incredibly nice. They checked what was available and gave us an amazing upgrade to a huge apartment with two rooms, on a high floor, with a stunning sea view and a proper double bed. It honestly felt like a full house! The entire team was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay—always smiling, checking in to see if we needed anything, and making sure we felt comfortable. This place is simply amazing. Highly recommended!

This was our first stay at Bellevue Residence Suites, and we’re already planning to return — it was that good! The location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful. Our apartment was clean, cozy, and had amazing views. We loved the spacious balcony and the modern, fast elevators, which made things super convenient. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Melik at reception — she was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Bellevue — it truly felt like a home away from home!

I was absolutely hesitant to stay in an apartment-hotel again considering my previous experiences in other buildings, but Bellevue residence changed my mind completely. It was very clean, very comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and all in all a great place to live in. It has a wonderful lake view as well, which might get overlooked at given the sea views are so popular but the lake view, especially during the day, is amazing. We loved our stay and the staff were lovely as well (ძალიან დიდი მადლობა!). With a quick access to the beach, the boulevard and the restaurants/cafes/grocery-shops nearby, it couldn't have been easier for us to enjoy our time. We'll be definitely staying here again :)

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Batumi, with stunning views of both the sea and the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, with a large terrace offering a fantastic view. It’s very close to the Hilton Hotel, and guests can benefit from some of the Hilton’s services. Everything you need was available in the room – including an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack. There’s a supermarket just a few steps away, and a cozy café nearby. The beach is right across the street, only a short walk away. Overall, a very pleasant and high-quality experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!

A few notes to keep in mind: • Housekeeping services such as room cleaning and towel replacement are not included in the base price and require an additional fee, which is relatively significant. • There was no complimentary tea or coffee available in the room. Despite these small issues, I would still definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

Location was perfect. just few steps to boulevard and lake. You can go anywhere by walk. View is fantastic. Staff was amazing.

Our two nights in Bellevue Residence were fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more! We had booked based on Emily Lush's recommendation (www.wander-lush.org), and we were not disappointed. Our 6th floor apartment had views over the parks and sea, the soundproofing was good and it was comfortably furnished. The provision of a drying rack where we could dry our washing on the balcony was also helpful. The shower was the best! It was a touch of luxury at a very reasonable price, and the location was perfect for the park and boulevard, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Overall great 👍

Everything! It was clean, comfortable, had absolutely everything tourists may need, the stuff was also welcoming and polite.

I don’t think it was the property’s fault but during our last night the air conditioning system went a bit off and it was hot in every room. Maybe we just pressed wrong buttons but in any case I’m sure the stuff could have solved it, we just didn’t ask.

Easy beach access. Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Located in the nicest part of the City. We were given without having asked a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a Sea view.

A nearby disco pumped up the jam all night long and all the weekend long. Also, we’re not sure if this is unique to the room, the property or the City, but if you don’t leave the venta always running, the shower drain has a brine smell. Finally, from reviews we had read, we expected to be able to use the next-door Hilton spa for half price, but were told on arrival that we couldn’t since we were staying only a week.
