citizenM was awesome - do not sleep on that Breakfast Buffet!! I believe when you book through booking, you get some sort of discount on the breakfast - get the breakfast people!! They have local breads, cheeses, the BEST chocolate croissant. It was seriously the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Oh and it includes unlimited espresso drinks! The staff were also all sweet and friendly. I had a very late flight and they were happy to store my luggage for me and let me chill in the lobby for a bit after checking out. The room was small, but cozy and has everything you need. Also, very centralized and good location!

The rooms are SMALL, but still very cozy and very modern. I didn't love that they basically discouraged you from having your room cleaned. I wish there was more storage or maybe a bigger desk in the room, but if you're just there to sleep, it's great!

The concept is amazing! Very styling and well thought through end to end. Cozy beds, everything is at the right place, quite central and very nice view for not being too high up. Great and relatively cheap breakfast when you compare it with whole foods that is not too far away. Just loved it and would recommend it to everyone that comes to Seattle (with not too much luggage - it is probably difficult to store away two large suitcases in the small rooms)!

Modern and very conveniently located. Staff were absolutely brilliant and great bar and food services on the ground floor with plenty of space to plug in and work or play. Buses to visit Seattle come past the front door. Felt very safe.

Fantastics place to live. It's really close to downtown so it's convenient to go the popular sites like space needle or pike market. The room is tiny but very clean and comfort. Would love to come back!

Not really. Everything is modern and easy to control by the iPad. Though the shower space is pretty tiny, especially for a tall man. Other than that everything is perfect. Highly recommended :) 10 out of 10

The location is fantastic; the hotel is within walking distance of almost anything you might want to visit in Downtown and the surrounding area. The room is tiny but well-organized and pleasant. The staff is almost invisible, and you hardly have to interact with them if you don't want to, as even check-in and check-out are automated. The breakfast is decent, nothing fancy, but sufficient to not become monotonous, with options to choose from.

Blinking smoke detectors at night completely undermine the purpose of blinds - while no external light enters, the room is illuminated as if by Christmas tree (Yeah, I'm exaggerating here, but it's still enough to disrupt your sleep).

The design, the humor are entertaining. The staff is very helpful. All was very clean and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk to our various destinations. For once, I can turn on or off ALL lights in the room with a single button near the bed instead of running around. There is a tablet too to change the color or skip cleaning on some days (for each, they donate to charity)

The room was very quiet... except for air conditioning that, in the evening gave a metallic vibration. The wifi worked pretty well overall, only sometimes it would freeze for everyone and came back a minute later.

Friendly concierge and bar staff. Good bar snacks food and very good drinks. It was quiet and relaxing and the customizable lighting is also very nice. Great shower too.

They were running a test and replacement of the smoke detectors in the rooms and my girlfriend was trying to shower at that time so I asked them to come back later. They came back in about 10 minutes while she was in the shower. I drew the curtain but I didn't feel comfortable with 2 strange men being there while she showered. She was also uncomfortable with that. They couldn't see anything and they were quick but it wasn't ideal. All that being said it was a generally excellent experience. We would absolutely come back.

Hotel is a fashionable place. It is so modernized: everything is tech-guided, such as turn on and off the lights, control room temperature, etc., which I think is wonderful, yet sometimes may be a challenge for those not quite get use to. The staff are very helpful, we asked to change room right after we walking into the room. Since we are seniors, it would be very hard for us to climb up and down the bed, that only has one side to get into the bed, the other side is leaning the wall. They changed us a room quite fit our needs without any hesitation. Thank you very much. The parking was something we concerned since the hotel is right at the center of downtown Seattle, very fortunately there is a small parking lot just cross street, with overnight parking $25 dollars. It is really help!

The breakfast was not included by our choice. However, we end of eating it every day for four days, just because it is so hard to find other places to eat without parking. It could be better than what we had if they could changed the food a little bit each day. We had the same food everyday, which was very boring and not in good taste. Our room had never been cleaned, don't know why. From their iPad information, it indicated that the cleaning routing is every three days the service will be made. I expected them to come, yet no body ever cleaned our room, which is not nice.

The location was AMAZING. 10-minute lime scooter ride from the aquarium as well as the Space Needle! Gorgeous interior with so much creativity being shown throughout. The rooms are the perfect size for two! Incredibly comfy bed, and the window is an Instagram influencer's dream! The room does get stuffy, but the staff quickly brought us a fan and that solved the issue instantly! It was so fun and special to be able to customize the lighting and vibes of the hotel room, it made our 8-year anniversary even better and so relaxing. Breakfast in the morning was SO good and VERY worth the price! I've stayed at dozens of hotels over the years, and breakfast is always a big worry, but when we saw the awesome assortment of pastries, bagels, teas, juices, AND hot options, we knew it was worth it. Our only complaint is that the smoked salmon at breakfast definitely did not look smoked enough and seemed to be sitting out for a while, so we decided to stay away from that area of breakfast.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff is available to help you with checking in as well. Once you check in with the rows of tablets by the entrance and confirm your booking, you get to choose which side of the hotel and which floor you want to stay in (based on the available rooms). They had a bar/restaurant on the same floor with a few places to lounge in. Just below, they bathrooms and a gym you could use during your stay. Upon checking into my room, the area was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. My view was fantastic. I loved my room! Staff was excellent and apparently you can keep your card key if you want to after checking out.

I thought there would be laundry available but I was mistaken. I was checking in late at night and I tried to use the intercom but nobody was responding. The security standing inside by the entrance door was looking at me the whole time, probably trying to figure out if I'm trying to check in or not when he clearly saw I was struggling to contact anyone using the intercom outside. Eventually, I was let in thankfully.
