The staff were very nice and welcoming. Rooms were good. It was quiet even though they were remodeling some rooms during our stay. They were very considerate of guests as we didn't hear any noise from this. The free breakfast was actually good, food was fresh. Place was clean. No complaints at all.

We were going to the amphitheater so this was an excellent location. The breakfast was maybe the best hotel buffet I have ever had. I loved the shower head and the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. I highly recommend!

I wish there was a shuttle to the amphitheater because when it's 100°, it is a bit of a walk but it would not have been a big deal at all on a cooler day.

Our room and the facilities were very clean and comfortable! The check in process was very easy - we arrived at about midnight and the lady that checked us in was very nice and quick.

On Saturday morning, breakfast was stopped an hour earlier than what we were told at check in and what was posted on the sign in the breakfast area. Another guest was explaining her confusion about breakfast being over and the front desk lady would not stop repeating “breakfast is over” in a loud and abrupt tone. She was not willing to have a conversation with the guest about the confusion- if she had, she may have realized that it was Saturday and she ended breakfast an hour too early on accident. I understand if a mistake was made, but the energy of the interaction was very intense and angry pretty fast. Other than that, all staff were very kind and helpful!

Receptionist was super nice and went out of her way to do anything for us. Rooms were really clean. Breakfast was good.

Pool was not really heated. However, I know that they were in renovation mode.

The staff from the manager on down were extremely helpful and very nice. I forgot to request a featherless room due to allergies. The front desk contacted some one to change the pillows and comforter to non feather bedding. I did not realize the manager and assistant manager were the ones that responded. THANKS

I preferred the calming colors of the rooms to the colors of the dining room. Blues are easier on the eyes

I was told on the phone that there was a shuttle service to airport which there wasn’t if I had know. That I would have picked the one that did instead I had to pay for An uber that I wasn’t expecting too.

Staff was friendly and location was perfect. Price was reasonable. It was good to have breakfast available. I would still stay here again.

Open bar of soap in shower, shared bottles of shampoo/conditioner/gel gave me an unsanitary impression. Floors seemed unvacuumed, as did drawers. Room was neat, not clean. I saw 1 ant on the nightstand and I had no food out???

The room was definitely clean. Breakfast was, unfortunately, very limited. I thought even in light of Covid, there could have been better breakfast. The hotel itself was also very clean and presentable.

As previously stated, I understand Covid limited continental breakfast. I think there are more healthy choices that could have been available and still be safe and sanitary. Other than that everything was fine.

Everything was wonderful, I wanted to take my mom somewhere for her birthday and chose St Louis because of the location close to Casinos 🤷🏽‍♀️. She really enjoyed her vacation stay, including room the bed was very comfortable size of room was wonderful and very quite. St. Louis owes us nothing at all 🥰

If I had to give a negative it would be we were right next to staff storage room , that was a busy room one night 😞

Location was excellent for our trip, concert venue was less than a mile away. AC worked good, was 103 outside. Had full size pillows instead of the half size some places use. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.
