Although my stay included breakfast, I did not actually partake in it throughout my entire stay.

In the hotel’s schedule, staff come twice in the evening to check for missing or replacement items, etc. However, they have always knocked on my door at inconvenient times when I was sleeping or busy. I understand their good intentions, but perhaps it would be better to arrange this in advance or allow guests to request it beforehand. The evening visits are in addition to the regular cleaning service that takes place in the morning.

The room was very comfortable with many amenities. Housekeeping did turndown every day and left roses on the bed. The staff are well-trained professionals who aim to please. The bar/restaurant has a broad menu and we loved the food. The spa was good and very affordable - we got a couples massage.

The stairs going to the wellness center / spa. There are several flights to reach the outside entrance - no elevator. We could go it, it’s just a lot and we wondered how people with mobility issues could enjoy the pool and/or spa.

Amazing location, cleanliness, staff, sauna and steam rooms, pool. Rooms were great, view is great from rooms. Staff were outstanding.

Food taste could’ve been better. Tasted bland and for the price the property charges you’d expect the meal to be exceptional but it fell short. My significant other had a terrible experience at the spa for a message session booked with their spa team. We explained our experience to them and the attempted to recover with a free supper experience but as mentioned above the meal just falls short every time. It really bothers me to write this cause the staff is so kind and tentative so I have to give them the credit for trying.

a little far from the city center I stayed five nights and on the last day I did a late check-out paying half of the stay, but 10 minutes after 7pm they asked me to leave the room even though it was not booked by anyone and I had a shuttle at 9pm .

The pool is not a quiet place where you could relax and read a book though. There are many outsiders who come to enjoy it , leaving little space for the hotel guests but at the same time, that is not a bad idea if you want to meet with locals, they are all welcoming

Beautiful, very modern and still charming of old building. Very spacious in bright feels luxurious and safe.

Once you are outside the hotel feels bit unsafe. This luxury is building is the opposite reality what regular Ethiopian go through..So, area can feel unsafe, however ethopian people are extremely friendly and very welcoming.

We love the breakfast; there is a variety of delicious food selections that suit your taste. Also, make sure to visit Alem Elfegn/ዓለም እልፍኝ for an enjoyable experience with Ethiopian traditional food, coffee, tej/ጠጅ, and the addition of Ethiopian traditional music and dances/እስክስታ. The location is perfect, and all the staff members were kind, providing wonderful service during our stay.
