It was a little get away for our family. We celebrated hubby's bday. Room was perfectly on the 1st floor. My son is disabled and I forgot to mention when renting. It worked out great being on 1st floor next to breakfast lounge. I will stay again. Kids had fun in water park and being from out of town family came to visit us and all got a wristband for the water park and no extra charge. That was well worth the price of room for two day.

Just needed to get extra towels. And the extra bedding in drawer was only a sheets for pullout and one pillow. I'm sure if we asked they would of given us a blanket but we had brought our own fuzzy ones. So it was fine.

I loved the location. I loved the lady that helped me when I was checking in. She was very friendly and helpful.

I wanted my parents by me and the lady that was helping my mom initially was putting her by me but the room wasnt ready. My mom went back when she was told and a different lady was there. She was very short with my mom and said it would be a longer wait for her room and then stuck my mom on a room that was on another floor. My parents will never stay there again and I’m pretty sure we won’t either. My mom works checking in people at a motel also and she would never do what was done to her at this motel. Rude

I love everything about my stay is was in a convenient location close to the pool and also to the bar. Love taking my kids they have a blast swimming and going to the mall. Its just all around a fun and great place to go.

Uhmm, there could have been more towels in the storage are and seating/ tables in the pool area for families to store their things and to dry off with but other then that it was a really great experience.

There were elevators.

The door locks were missing screws and were very low to the ground. The water park water smelled and it seemed like they were over compensating the 2nd day with an excess of chemicals. The soap and one of the shower heads were broken. I could rarely find anyone at the front desk or the water park desk.

The pool was amazing for all ages of kids. Our toddler had a huge area that he could freely play in, while our preteen loved the fast waterslides and regular pool.

Toddler water slide needs to be refinished or replaced. I was nervous he was going to cut himself. The mat at the bottom of one toddler slide needed to be replaced as well as the other toddler slide needs one.

The sencery everything was there ..mall and water park movie theater

The room it was so dark and the one bed was so close to the wall and couldn't get on one side and the shower doors were dirty! And they didn't even ask if we needed anything.we had to change our trash cans! ...and until the last day ..when were going to che k out they asked if we need anything.

This place is good for young families with children. The Waterpark is great for families and the fact that it is connected to the mall is wonderful for shoppers, especially for younger folks. Being of the grandparent generation, neither was an attraction for us. Our grandchildren were there, so it was the best place for us to stay at the time.

Noise and the food trash left in hallway by others staying there. It was a holiday weekend with families there for the weekend. Nothing to call the front desk about, but annoying just the same.

I like how they accommodated me with having adjoining rooms and the pool-water park was a bonus for sure. I also liked it was attached to the mall for some shopping!

The Second Floor where we stayed it was very hot up. Our rooms were cool though.

Staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and Water Park was perfect in every aspect. We were there for a back to school vacation. It is within just a few minutes of the zoo, the Discover Center, mini golf, and family-friendly parks, restaurants, and shopping. Being attached to the shopping mall was a huge plus! The staff was super friendly, and the facility was spotless! My grandchildren, daughter-in-law, and I loved our stay!

The beds were so comfy!

It was very loud at night. There were weddings there both nights we were there and tons of noise in the hallways and outside.
