Front desk staff were very polite and courteous. Our room on the 4th floor was very nice - furniture was in good repair - bed was comfortable - very quiet. Overall the hotel appeared to be in good shape - they were doing some repairs/renovation to the front lobby doors. The interior of the hotel is really neat, Liked the bar in the lobby. The breakfast was very good with lots of selections and we liked where is was located and the lady preparing it was very friendly. Although we did not use the pool it looked very inviting.

Buddy didn't get his room for almost 2 hours after we got there. Computer problems, piles of dirty linens still on the hall floors at 6pm, obvious staff problem in the cleaning dept. New guy at the desk was patient and a great help A lot of room key problems!

It was clean. Well looked after. Staff were very friendly. I have a limp. 3 bones fused in my ankle. When I walked in the lady who checked us in must have seen my limp. We had a room close to the elevator and an abilities room , with the shower set up for a person with disabilities. I did not request this. Was very appreciated

I liked being able to book a room that was pool front.

Some of the games in the arcade didn’t work and on our last day the pool was closed which sucked because that is why we booked at this hotel.

Was a bummer the hottub was closed but they had plenty of signage indicating this. Ice machine on first floor was out + vending machines seemed to be broken… just some things that could use some tending to.

Breakfast items needed to be filled. Never made enough for the amount of people eating. That's probably what she was told to do?!?!??

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Since it is the off-season, the price was great.

staff was very nice and easy to work with. The TV was fixed promptly.

The property is older and could use some updating. There was a torn curtain in our room.

Breakfast and I had noisy neighbors down the hall and right above me. The regular pool was not in service and the water park water had boxelder bugs in it.

The entire staff was very friendly.
