Extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. These rooms were $70 a night compared to $250 a night up the street. If I am given the choice, this will be the only hotel I book in Minot.

The rooms were a bit small except for the handicap accessible room. You can not close the bathroom door if you have already sat down. Pool is very small and there is no hottub. There is no lounge. However, there was very easy access to food and entertainment just up the road about a quarter of a mile.

Good bedrooms, comfy and the staff were very friendly. Our rooms were ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, and the beds were great. The price was great for a night at Minot. The breakfast was very simple and limited, but not a problem, since we left early in the morning.

The renovation and dust in the entrance was a bit annoying, but we started use the back door to access the building, so it wasn't a problem at all

The property was easy to find and in a great location. The hotel was clean throughout including our room. It was quiet for the most part and had very comfortable beds. Our room was nice size and even though the sign at the front desk said that due to staffing that housekeeping may not be in to clean daily, they were in our room as evident by the condition of the room from when we left that morning to when we came back that evening, which was very nice.

The only thing that I would say that could be improved is the breakfast offerings. I am grateful that there was a breakfast available and what I had was great, but for them to advertise a deluxe breakfast and only offer assorted cereals, toast, fruit and mini donuts, didnt really come off to me as a deluxe breakfast. They also did have one waffle making station so there was another choice if you didnt want cereals for breakfast. I just think it would have been nice if it had some other hot offerings such as scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. Perhaps even bagels and cream cheese or English muffins and maybe yogurt, would have been more of a deluxe breakfast, in my opinion, and given a different option other than just toast.

Pool was good. Room was. Check was quick and easy. The room originally assigned to us was very cold even though the heat was on. But they let us move to another room where the heat worked well. So that was a plus.

Bed sheets had not been changed. Suitecase wheel marks were on the sheets. Also comforter was dirty. I wasn't fond of letting my baby sleep in that bed.

The location of the room had a good view, everything was clean, the staff were nice and also quick, and I appreciate the solid trashcan. I was not well, and needed one by the bed to minimize the chance for messes.

The AC was not working right. I had to get up every hour to get it to kick back on, and the window was capped at how much I could open it. So it was a pretty miserable night with it being hot and the beds and pillows being uncomfortable.

Hotel had gone thru (and was still going thru) updates, rooms and common areas were in great condition - many things were brand new.

no cup or ice buckets in rooms - they do have cups in the breakfast area though, and did provide small plastic bag for ice - small issues though, not deal-breakers for us.

The hotel has just been taken over by Hilton. Not yet finished. We had a finished room and it was excellent. Looks like it's going to be a great hotel.

The breakfast was the worse we have had on our trip. Coffee, juice, muffin in a package, yogurt, and bagel. Very weak!

We were pleasantly surprised when to checked in to find out the hotel has been completely renovated. It was a clean place to sleep and offered good value previously. It is very nice now.

The continental breakfast could use a a bit more variety but it’s good.

Location of the room and hotel were great The staff was friendly and quick with their work.

The beds and pillows are not comfortable, and the AC in this room didn't work right. It was hot, and I had to get up every hour to turn it back on so that the fan would blow the night air in because the window is capped at how much you can open it (about 3 inches).

for the value the rooms were good - the bathroom was small for someone with a walker it was too tight

would have loved to have had more selections for breakfast but it was adequate. The bathrooms are a tight squeeze for someone who may be using a walker.
