This was the fourth time we have stayed in Staybridge suites in Minot. We love the central location yet the hotel is quiet. Rooms are lovely and it’s family friendly

The water for the tea and the coffee are always lukewarm warm , never boiling or at least hot as they should be .

Breakfast was nice, h they had fruits and cereals, a waffle maker, bacon, eggs, I think yogurt, juices, muffins and danishes. the pool and hot tub were also working and nice. The room was great, king sure was worth it. The kids slept in the pull out couch in the living room and we had a bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything was nice and clean.

They couldn’t find our reservation so we had to cancel and make a new one, then later that day she said she found the original and we would be refunded for it. Which it’s fine, but we had to put the extra money down we already paid for while waiting for a refund

Kristen at the front desk was amazing. She is the main reason that if we come back into Minot we will stay at this hotel. She was kind and wonderful explaining where something was at and if we needed anything she was ready to get it. The manager the next day was very nice and very pleasant. They did amazing job with all that came.

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. It had great stuff great food and a great location. I have no complaints with this hotel and in fact would tell other people to stay at this hotel.

We love to stay at the Staybridge. I was great to show our family how great of a place to stay it is.

We had room 231 which has two room and two television. The tv in the bedroom did not work, which was part of the reason for staying there. So grandkids could stay in our room while the parents visit. Since it was a holiday weekend we could not get the tv replaced.

The staff is hard working

We stayed a week only had one maid in our room. Towels and garbage. 6 of us and finally started putting garbage in the hall. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels.

I always appreciate a hot breakfast at a hotel. The room was large with a living area and bedroom. Perfect layout for our family of 5 with 3 young children.

There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper in our room so I had to run to the front desk to get them. I felt the sofa sleeper was in need of a good cleaning/replacement. The backs of the chairs had food spilled on them. The arms of the office chair were sticky, and the air vents were surrounded with dust.

I loved the full breakfast every morning. I loved the free happy hour 3x/ week. A huge shout out to Paige and Billy. Excellent customer service.

The location is amazing and the staff was so friendly. the large kitchen set up was so nice and everything was very clean. i would highly recommend this place, and I plan to stay their again.

the only thing is that I wish they had the coffee pouches in the room. We had to ask at the desk and that was so inconvenient. coffee first thing upon waking is a good start to the day! or I wish they had alerted us to that fact, maybe we would have asked right at check-in. Plus one pouch at a time or getting dressed to go down and ask for coffee or get when you have breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my wife and I as we also had our dog with us. The breakfast options were many and each tasted delicious!

I have no complaints about my stay. The motel was great and we will be returning again!

The stairway wasn’t as clean as the rest of the property but not that important. I just used the stairs a lot.
