The hotel is handy to Dakota mall and lots of dining/fast food options. It is tucked back in a quiet area. The room was very quiet (if you are on the side facing away from the highway) which was nice. Check in and check out were the fastest I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. There is a little bit of wear on some of the furniture and lamps but the rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was excellent - nice showerhead and great water pressure. Breakfast area was clean and bright. Offered sausage, eggs and waffles. There was also yogurt and fruit available. The positives of this hotel more than compensate for any disappointments we experienced.

Disappointments but not deal breakers. Breakfast was included in the price of the room but was a little disappointing. Sausage patties looked undercooked so I passed on them. Would have liked to just have toast but didn't see that as an option. For the price of the room that was definitely not a large concern. There is a coffee maker in the room and we did try it but it was the worst coffee we have ever had. There were some renovations going on but that is always a good thing. It means they are not letting things fall into disrepair.

Good breakfast, pancake machine was replaced with a waffle maker. Rooms were in good shape, new furniture. Bathroom had a fan (but turns on/off with light). Lamps had power outlets at the bases. Dove toiletries-thick bar of soap. Overall quiet room/building. Breakfast until 10 on Saturday. Good selection of tv channels. They do a quick tidy/restock of room when you stay multiple days. Clean rooms/building.

No notification that the pool was out of order. No pens/paper in room, pens at desk all had the caps removed. Water cooler in entrance was removed.

The hotel was easy to find. There was an elevator for upper floors. The room was great - clean and comfortable, although dated. The bathroom was clean and we liked the shower, except there were no hold bars; the side of the tub was low, though. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. There was a hot breakfast, the eggs were good, but the ham( I think) was burnt. The price we paid was well worth the stay.

Would have liked to have hold bars in the shower. There seemed to be a change in ownership/name after we made our reservation which caused some confusion, but it worked out all right and our reservation was not affected.

Nice warm pool. Didn't require getting used to a cold temperature. Late hours/adult swim time. Fridge worked/not frosted over. Lamps had outlets to allow charging etc. Culligan water dispenser in the lobby. Snack/drinks/frozen food available in the lobby. Hot breakfast. Has a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. 42" tv.

WiFi didn't work too well this time (kept getting redirected). Could have been the OS (older windows). This room had the sink/mirror in the bathroom, which is less convenient when multiple people are trying to get ready at the same time. Chair in room was fairly narrow.

Clean, recently updated. Great location, helpful staff, spacious room.

My only negative was the strong smell of cleaning products/room fresheners. If the place is clean - and it was - there’s no need for artificial scents. It bothered my allergies.

The staff was friendly, the location was fantastic, they offered the best rates at the time of my trip, the hotel was quiet, and check in/check out were so fast and easy!

The breakfast could use more variety and it would have been nice to have vending machines.

It was under renovations. So not so much to like.

The presentation of the property and the staff demeanour. The little things so often missed hold such value on return bookings to the area. I’m surprised Wyndham doesn’t do spot checks on facilities and staff unannounced.

The breakfast was very good. Clean rooms. The one guy working on night shift was very nice but was overworked due to shortage of employees. The one lady wouldn't let us check in at 2:10. She made us wait until 3:00.

The pool wasn't open and that was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. They said it was closed due to maintenance but probably due to lack of employees.

The food was good & location was easy to get to.

It looked like they were still doing minor renovations in the halls. As the wallpaper seemed to be peeling from the bottom.

Very pleasant staff. A great room that was clean and a wonderful breakfast. First rate. Booking same hotel on our return ttipbin 2 weeks
