I lived the bed and the rooms. The staff was amazing and sweet, and very attentive, I seen some guests be very rude to the staff but the staff stayed demure, calm. And friendly. They definitely above and beyond for their guests

I feel like the staff they had were doing more then what their job description would ask for. I being from customer service background, felt the staff was being pushed beyond normal work limits. They did it with kindness, but is going to lead to burnout and probably why short staffing.

Location and nice parking lot lots of room. Very good breakfast that were different every morning and hot and fresh.

The room we were booked into had a dirty tub (footprint already in tub) carpet was stained n unvaccumed we had a baby crawling picking up things off floor so there were areas we could not let her go because of this. Front desk lady was no help at helping fix a tv. Laughed at me and said there's nothing i can do about it. I then told her i would be writing a review and she said "Do what you have to in flippant attitude as i seemed to be disturbing her". But i will not be staying there again during my travels for i know i can get better treatment elsewhere.

As i travel through the Upper states. I like to pay cash because i have saved it. Also i dont want to pay the exchange rate from my Canadian credit card. Most properties will not accept cash anymore which is disheartening. The Manager at the Baymont said yes to cash. She was very accomodating in that regard. The price for the room was great at the time, so as I decided to stay an extra day to do some shopping. Win, win for the Stores the State and the hotel. The room was great and spacious, the bed lovely. Even the breakfast was ok. A good stay as I travelled through 3 states on my journey.

Sadly, with a great room comes some services which were terribly lacking. Small little details that caused some inconvience but not life altering. Since i stayed another night, the coffee was not replaced. I had to grab extra from the cart. Nor towels replaced. There were no washcloths, ice bucket was missing, Hot tub down not that it mattered to me, and it seemed to me they were short staffed for whatever reason.

Hotel is clean and seems to be well-maintained. Room had no issues, wifi worked well. I didn't use the TV but the microwave and mini fridge were in good working order. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in process. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of things to choose from.

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance; disappointing but understandable. No regular coffee in the morning, I guess they were out, so decaf only. Toilet paper is one-ply. Come on, people. One ply?

the staff that checked me in was very accommodating and found a room on the ground floor by a door and not around a lot of people because we have 2 dogs and i didnt want them barking. he switched things around and we were in a great location. The breakfast was good.

the room next door was being worked on and it was originally shut when we arrived but the next morning (around 4 am) it was open. we were kind of concerned about it.

Good price, clean, good location.

The staff were new and inexperienced and there was no backup. The check in clerk had trouble with the computer. It was her 7th day with the company and she was alone. In the morning another employee said she was in charge as the manager wasn’t in. She has been there 2 months and had trouble handling a customer complaint, again no management backup. I felt sorry for them.

Everything was adequate. The first time, our beds were not properly made, so we re-made them. When we came back a week later, everything was put together correctly and we mentioned it on checking out. The staff said they unfortunately had trouble with a couple of employees whom they had to let go as they were not following instructions.

It is just a good place to stay and good value for our money.

Staff was very accommodating. They made sure to take care of me. I traveled when the temperature was -30and my flight was cancelled. So, I was stuck here. I asked them if I could extend my stay because of that and I was allowed to... Thank you all .. I found my place from home when I come to Minot.😊😊😊😊😊

The weather. It was the worst time to come here. I found it harsh. But I was fine , once I got back to my room.

The room was very clean and laid out well. Everything was clean and well maintained. I had no complaints whatsoever.

I would have preferred a sleep number bed, but only because I have one at home and am particular about my bed. The bed was very comfortable though, this is just a personal preference and not a judgement about the hotel.

Breakfast was very good —had fresh fruit.

Staff were very new to the area so did not know a lot about places. Did find us a map, which was good. Toilet in the room had somehow missed being flushed!!! Dog down the hall barked for 10 minutes early evening. It stopped and never barked again but we were concerned that it would resume in the night or early am. (It did not!)
