This place is underrated. It was by far the best (and cheapest) hotel on my cross country trip. Big rooms, clean, and nice staff. Room didn't say there would be a microwave or refrigerator, but there was, so that was a welcomed surprise. Carpet in the hallway was the only thing that looked a little dated, because the rooms look updated and modern.

I can't fault the hotel for this, but the location I had to walk to from the train station was a little rough when you're carrying luggage, but if you have a car you should be fine.

Breakfast was not exciting but it was adequate. The beds were super comfortable. We were very tired so we just slept, showered, ate and left for another day of driving

The breakfast area was very small and had no chairs and tables to sit at, just 4 upholstered chairs where one could sit. We took our breakfast trays back to our room.

I did not check out the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the higher toilet in the bathroom was nice to see. To have a remote for the heating and air conditioning on the nightstand was nice as well, easy to adjust without having to get up to do it.

The hand rail on the steps needs to be secured, it is very loose. Could use a little updated painting.

The breakfast was ok for a c ontinental breakfast.

The beds could have been a bit softer. But we were most concerned that we did not get maid service and had to go to the front desk to get enough towels the first day we arrived and the 2nd day they didn't come in at all and take our dirty towels and replace with clean ones. We again had to go to the fro t desk.

It was clean and quiet. very friendly staff especially Tammy she was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
