The gentleman working the front desk were both super nice.

The only problem I had was when the breakfast attendant caused a huge seen the morning of our last day. She had yelled at some guests for pushing tables together, and then proceeded to slap the door to the kitchen. There were a lot of people getting/eating breakfast with a lot of kids (mine included). Her unprofessional attitude was totally uncalled for. I understand there was a sign that stated not to move the tables, but really slamming a door is what you’d expect from a child and the yelling could have been a simple asking to move the tables back. Other than this incident, my family had a wonderful stay. We will surely be staying again in a couple months.

The water slide was great! It had something for the older kids and the younger kids. And the pool was not that deep so my 5 yr old could touch and feel comfortable.

The pool towels are made for dolls. So tiny and thin. My 10 year old couldn't fit it around her.

Even though it showed age everything was clean, everything worked, the pool was open really long hours and the staff were AMAZING. Dottie. Weds a raise but Serisouly can’t say enough about how friendly all staff were!

Air conditioner was a little loud when it kicked in but kept the room cold!

when i entered on booking for hotels with shuttle to the airport yours was one of the first. however, as we found out, there is no shuttle to the airport. This was an inconvenience as we had to get lyft at 5am

The staff was very very friendly and very nice to too us .the staff that clean the room find my son left his wallet and Keys and les then 10 minutes call us to tell us that find his stuff.and it was at the desk.i Would highly suggest this hotel.

Travis at the front desk was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the water slides were excellent

the breakfast was out or low on hashbrowns and bacon and the lady seemed to be struggling to keep up. Many got tired of waiting and just left.

Arcade was minimal & 3 of the games were not working. Not a big deal, just there were no signs & my younger kids put all the quarters in.

The front door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed so it was super cold until you got to your room. The rooms are warm.

It was so clean! Spacious and comfortable. Best and most affordable hotel we've stayed in in 10 days!!

Stains on the shower curtain is the ONLY complaint.

Very friendly staff. Love the pool area. Extra space in the rooms is very nice for traveling families. My kids won’t stop talking about the water slides!
